Get the condition a bodybuilder's body is in right after a show, fill it up with sugar and water, the body gets happy and swells for the greatest pump ever.

@@bmc6905 Our bodies store glycogen in the form of glucose in (especially) the liver and inside muscles.
Glycogen also binds to water molecules.
A starving and dehydrated bodybuilder (the way they walk on stage) have that dry look, very defined, paper thin skin and every fibre of their muscles visible, full of striations.
When they eat (especially carbs) and drink, every single muscle becomes much fuller, and balloon up when pumped (because of those water + glycogen stuff).
If I'm not mistaken, after starving themselves for weeks, most bodybuilders have carbs a few hours before walking on stage, exactly to try and get a few more thousands of inches in each muscle. Still they are far from fully replenished. So the days after their muscles look bigger, even if maybe less defined and with less striations etc.

brother train your heart too.. that's also a muscle. Go for a run, you wont lose weight.. it's healthy. It will strengthen your tendons in your feet/legs too. Especially your ankles. It wont help with bodybuilding, but you will be healthier which means you can do it for longer.
