Marseille Prendre Vie mini prototype Flip Through

‪@AuntyKsTarot‬ graciously sent me this review copy of the Marseille Prendre Vie, launching on Kickstarter September 7th! Please note that this is a prototype deck and the final version will include some changes.
Krista writes that: "The Marseille Prendre Vie (Marseille coming alive) is a world majority Tarot de Marseille deck following the images of the traditional TdM deck translated through modern art, on live photo backgrounds, in the real world we live in with a BBIPOC majority of 80% and many intersectionalities."
The Mini deck measures 1.25" x 2.5" and comes wrapped in a cellophane band. The small size makes it perfect for readings on the go and I am impressed by how vibrant the designs are at a smaller scale. The deck includes the 78 cards traditional to the Marseille Tarot as well as an additional Happy Squirrel card.
The cards are printed on standard smooth 320 gsm cardstock. The Standard Tarot deck measures 2.75" x 4.75" and comes in a custom tuck box. The deck will come with a QR code card linking to a PDF and audio file of the guidebook. The Marseille Prendre Vie is published by Drive Thru Cards, a printer located in Kansas. Drive Thru Cards will also be shipping the decks directly to Kickstarter backers.
The guidebook for this campaign has been completed and is currently being edited. The deck is fully finished and will be ready to go to print as soon as the Kickstarter finishes.
I wanted to conclude with Krista's words, as I feel they encapsulate this deck beautifully: "This is a deck that declares the Marseille can be modern, inclusive, creative and still read like a Marseille deck."
