- DIY on how to upgrade your Kawasaki Vulcan 750 Fork Springs to Progressive Front Springs. My stock springs were shot and needed replacing which motivated this upgrade. Applies to 1986 to 2006 Kawasaki Vulcan 750.
Pretty sure I need to upgrade my springs at some point. I think the stock suspension was made for a really light rider. Front pre-load is at max, but seems to be the right stiffness for street riding. I just have to figure out what springs to get. I like the idea of progressive springs.
Gracias por tu vídeo. toma mí like desde Colombia.
hola me podrias decircuantos cc de aceite hidrauilico lleva¿? no logro entenderle
i think you only did half the job here..the manual says you need to install 1 or 2 springs on the damper rod as well as what you did here.
Found a few versions of the progressive springs, between 11-1106 and 11-1101 which did you use?
The ones I used were from BikeBandit, which no longer exists.
Do you have a link for the springs you got
SOMEONE HELP: under the sidecover Vulcan 750, on the bottom of the frame triangle there is a missing chrome piece for my bike.
What is this piece called? I don't even know how to begin to search for it lol
