Your videos are exceptional my fellow Melbournian. I love the way you select one tree to focus on outlining the Pitfalls and advantages of the various trees you’ve growing. Thanks for these wonderful videos.

Cuttings fruit within 5y vs seedlings that take up to 10 and grow double height as against cuttings up to 5mt - Use a bench vise as safer to open and dry as long as you can wait till they rattle inside shell and will be alot sweeter too.

I Would like to see a video of how to prepare de nuts. How to dry, for how long, etc. I harvested some, but they became rancid.

Hi Buddy that's a nice Macadamia tree you have, what country are you in? I have a couple of young cutting grown Macadamia tree's and I live in Adelaide Australia, Macadamia aren't from around here there from New South Wales and Queensland but they will grow here it just gets a bit cold in winter but they do alright. I love everything about the Macadamia from the tree to the nut. Enjoyed your post, all the best.
