Got it first try! Thank you! I suggest putting the video at .5 speed and doing the steps along with them. Trickiest part is around 0:35, watch it multiple times

I've found that some origami tutorial styles just don't want to cooperate with my brain. When that happens I use this czcams.com/video/aMKYAcI8vO8/video.html for help. The first part of "sink in and out fold" @7:44 is the fold you're struggling with (disregard the additional steps that start around 8:50) Hope this helps!

She made a crease on the other side. Fold one side. Undo and fold the other side exactly how you did the first side. Everything should be equal on both sides ☺️ I said sides a little to much hope I didn't confuse you!
