- The DuckTales theme is one of the most catchy upbeat (and best) themes of all time. I love the new version sung by Felicia Barton, but I still miss the voice of the original singer Jeff Pescetto. So I combined the songs as well as I could.
All rights belong to Disney.
Anyone else wish we could have both artists record a duet version after hearing this?
Yes, but with the new version (I’m partial to the new one since I never grew up with the old version)

The part at 1:02 where Felica Barton jumps up an octave and harmonizes with Jeff was great.
These balance PERFECTLY. The vocalists are at bang on the same volume and correspond really well, and though the main beat of the 2017 version is what you hear most of the time, it's followed up by the brass flourishes of the '87 version. It's BRILLIANT.

Could you imagine being Jeff Pescetto and Felicia Barton? Being able to point to this song and tell people that their work had an impact upon literally *generations* of Disney cartoon fans? And will probably continue to do so, later generations from now?

I come back to this mash up every once in a while, and I have to say thank you! It's got maximum levels of hype; I always feel pumped to draw whenever listening to this and it makes me love not only Ducktales, but all of the shows that made up the Disney Afternoon even more.

Also I’m going to be in the minority here but I really think the new version doesn’t miss the horns at all. The strings do just fine in the climax. It would be awesome if there was a true version that combined the new instrumental with the old one’s horns but IMO it’s not needed

Yeah, it does add a bit of suspense in moments like "Might solve a mystery or rewrite history" and "D-d-d-d-danger lurks behind you" without the trumpets there.

Here's an episode idea but I doubt disney would do it have Jeff and failica guest voice and them play 2 ducks trying to sing a song about duckberg but they argue on whose version better and in the end they end up singing a duet with this song
