I too had to log off of Facebook because I was comparing myself to others and it put me in a bad place too. It's crazy Yvette felt the same way, because to me, she has it all. Successful, husband, beautiful healthy kids and a beautiful home. We are all a work in progress.

We were going to quit YT and making memories because we compared ourselves to other content creators, which sucked the joy out of creating videos. We’re back on track because we rediscovered our WHY!
Also, in one year we saw our son go from tiny Tim to the BFG.

Deleted all my socials this year, and didn’t miss a single thing of substance and the pros of having stopped definitely outweigh missing the mind numbing minute distractions
I consume a lot of CZcams content and it changes in every season but man this channel has been a consistent source of encouragement, inspiration and just a light on top of the hill for me in so many ways ❤ in as much I know a lot of us draw inspiration in your parenting for our own (future) parenting journeys. I want you to know it has helped me in healing my inner child so much especially in seeing you do life and how you tell the story so honestly but with beauty and gentleness. Thank you guys so much for heading the call and purpose of your lives, you really are the proof of what you preach and the impact you have will be seen for generations to come 🙏🏽
I'm having my first child, a son, in January of this new year. My husband, his father, is a white male. We're also 21 & 24 years old. I've already seen the judgement of MANY people online and even had to cut ties with family irl. I know with the arrival of our son we are going to have a lot of challenging and tough moments but I really am excited to begin this parenting journey and I look forward to seeing more of these videos as well. It took a year of her adjusting. Then she grew to adore him. In her last days all she wanted was for him to sit and hold her hand. She said her biggest regret in life was missing his first year and her biggest heartbreak now was having to leave him. She had other grandchildren but their bond was special. At 10 years old he was her pallbearer. I was concerned but he explained in his overly mature voice it was his promise to carry her to the place he would meet her again 😢

The DAYS are long and the years are short! That is my experience with two teenagers. The years fly by, but the days drag on sometimes. I am thankful to God for every single day we have, but being a parent and responsible adult is hard! Much love to you all💜💜
I’m only 28 years old. I’ve been watching this family since Theo and Uriah was in diapers jumping off the couch playing with one another lol this was so emotional for me to watch. It’s a joy seeing you all grow over the years.

My grandma use to say the days are long but the years are short. It so true, we have 5 children and 5 grandchildren. The time goes by fast!!
