realy nice video. We have in Tallinn now same problem with regulation. It was 10 bikes 6 years ago, 16 5 years ago, 25 four years ago, 40 two years ago and got 95 year ago. Last summer we lost rights because of big number and accident and bad behaivour of drrivers to drive in the old town.
