I'm glad Granny is able to cook for her family with Rajini's help, is eating well, and has recovered remarkably well from her illness. At 106 every day is a blessing. It looks like everyone enjoyed the Natu Kodi- it looks delicious. We used Granny's ladyfinger recipe for our dinner last night. We have never met, but she has taught me so much about Indian food. God Bless her!

Hi granny, I have a question. At the beginning, After cleaning , you Roasted the chicken for 1-2 minutes. Then after you marinated with turmeric and spices. Can i know why ?? Is there any secret ? Just Curious... Because normally we Clean it properly then we marinate then we put in tandoor or roasting. .
