Just resigned from a job that heavily triggered me and didn't make me feel safe. I ended multiple karmics w people. I got back into contact w one but then ended it knowing it was what was best. Then the other came along after and I refused to even entertain it bc its the same cycle. Ive also been trying to be off my substance of choice and feeling all my emotions without a crutch.
