Also just to clarify - by no means am I calling Austin Staats a cheater here. A ton of players use this nuanced skill throughout the league and at this level, the NLL is way more lenient with these types of maneuvers. At the Minor / Jr level refs might be a little more strict. So make sure you do this move FAST so you don't get caught! ;)
