we need many professionals here in Canada but the process of diploma/degree recognition is a lengthy one. in addition to that, every province has its own needs w.r.t economy needs. In Alberta, it's usually related to mining and oil& gas industry; in Quebec, knowledge of French is required basically for any regulated profession, and in the Prairies everything related to the agriculture is big. Healthcare, education and construction specialists are in short supply almost everywhere.
Can u give little idea about Healthcare students or professionals ? Is it a same process?

As a mechanical engineer how would I go about finding a job in canada(just in case I cannot get my company to let me work from canada through mobsquad). With 3 years of experience my Express entry score is only 415 (masters and bachelors in USA) and from the current trend they are onky inviting people over 500 points.
