Blast being able to go toe to toe with Cosmic Fear Garou puts him on a league of his own compared to the rest of the S Class except for maybe King, since King can just summon Saitama whenever he needs him.

I think Watchdog Man is the most underrated, we never even saw his true powers. He effortlessly won against garou, he literally made Q city the safest, from the most dangerous after he started to guard it complitely alone. I think One will only give him screentime and backstory as we approach to the finals. I think in terms of power he is the same level, or a little bit below then tatsumaki, and its pretty much possible that he is the strongest hero at melee combat after saitama and blast.
Theory number 2: he gets his powers from his costume, same as phoenix man, and he is miserable without it.

All heroes s tier from watch dog man and above would have won garou at that point nothing really special. He didn't guard city q alone, there were other low class heroes in that city. Normally a city has 1 or zero s class heroes present. It's rare to see two or three fighting crime in multiple cities. Garou then was just metal bat level or lower because metal bat would have still won that fight

Garou was just metal bat level or lower because garou would have still lost that fight even if he was beating metal bat initially. After metal bat is geno's then watch dog man in ranking and if garou couldn't win against metal bat how would you want him to win against watchdog man. Genos could have won him easily then talkess of flashy flash which is just one rank below watch dog man, that wouldn't even be a fight then because genos would die in seconds.

Blast's speed is greater than Flashy Flash. He instantly appeared behind Flashy Flash when FF tried to attack him. And he did this calmly telling FF to calm down.

Maybe King really has a hidden power (even he is not aware of it) like ability to make other heroes do the work for him, extreme luck, intimidation (surrender or die). He is named "KING" afterall.

His true power is his charisma, the fear and the respect he inspire to everyone including the most powerful heroes make him able to use them and to bend the reality to his will

I genuinely think he has no powers, because it is purely funny if King just so happens to get lucky every time, and be an s-class hero even though he literally has no powers.
king never loses thats his power hes named king for a reason like in chess, he uses other heros as pawns and attack for them from what i recall and hes not the weakest hes probably strongest with reality warping powers
I think it's worth noting that even though King has no feat power feats at all, he still has the heart of a hero. When going against cosmic fear Garou, he still took the time to shield Tatsumaki and Fubuki with his jacket before also passing out due to the radiation. Man I love King

Ehh it’s IMPLIED, but we really would never know. He basically copies and adapts to peoples fighting forms, and since he say metal bats ability to continue on and get stronger after getting wrekt, garou could possibly copy just like he does later on. Metal bat might have been able to end it, but garou might also have been able to defend it, or take it. Look at him now in the manga. All it took was someone stronger to unlock his greater abilities. Plus using the dual technique needing both bang and bomb to do,that one shotted elder centipede, he learned himself using both techniques on each fist. If he landed this on bat, bat would be devastated.

I don’t think the point is that he won’t kill in front of his sister, I think in my opinion that his sister came out and he more or less wanted to protect her which stoped him from swinging. She wanted him him to stop which she tells him after she comes out, and metal also protects her in the scene.
King treats Saitama as a legendary fight type Pokemon. All King has to do is say "Saitama" and he will appear and defeat the monster. Saitama does all the heavy lifting while King reaps in all the glory. Basically Saitama saved King from a monster, then one rumor led to another rumor led to another rumor led to another rumor led to another rumor led to another rumor led to another rumor caused King to become ranked seven on the top S class of heroes. King should be lucky he has Saitama as a friend.

That's not true at all. Before there was no S class. A class is the highest achievable rank and hero were egoistic . After a great threat hero association concluded that the current system is not correct . After that they made S class . Silver fang was B rank hero back then. Many other S class hero were also in lower rank as they didn't fight for fame. S class is on whole other level than lesser ranks. King ended up in S class is because he took all credit from Saitama. That time Saitama didn't know about hero association so the HH gave credits to king .Even now also he ranked up faster than any hero . If the HH saw his battle they would remove all other heros and five him the title of strongest.
Noted that Flashy Flash is so fast that the atoms from his body pass through the atoms of his clothes, which end up in him being naked. Hence the name “flashy” Flash.
metal bat's strength is not based on how long the fight gets.. the more damage he takes, rather than to succumb to it, he instead gains more physical strength... his weakness is his sister
He was about to kill garo until his sister stopped him. Garo was weak sauce at that point in comparison. Metal bat is a total beast.

Metal Bat did not "hold his own" against Garou. It was officially stated by the author that if he hadn't stopped short of his last strike because of his sister's interruption Metal Bat would've just straight up killed him.

2. He boost his allies moral and they beat the enemy

2) When one does not work for higher disaster level threats, he can talk them down or distract them.
3) Others will do his work for him. (Mostly Saitama, but that could be almost anyone. Even Garou in his 90+ something% Monster form was not exempt.)

1. Blast - most likely using his teleportation abilities and surprise them with a blast.
Caped baldy - his head has nothing to do with his strength , maybe he lost his hair , but most likely that head was the toughest head in the series.
Blast just gonna show up when god level threat appears. That's how strong he is.

King is the strongest, arguably stronger than saitama thanks to his plot armor. he can't be defeated, master of circumstances.
