Is Compliance supposed to do an engagement letter (internal memory) for any review they would want to conduct in branches for Banks like Internal Auditor would do?
You should absolutely have a communication plan for when you are planning a test. From an announcement detailing scope and timeliness to the impacted areas to how you will communicate your report and findings.
