Fake fish salad - COD
120 g carrots
120 g of parsley
60 g of celery
220 g mayonnaise (white yogurt)
200 g lump cottage cheese
2 spring onions
3 sterilized cucumbers
salt, ground black pepper
Finely grate cucumbers, carrots, parsley, celery.
Chop the spring onion.
Add lumpy cottage cheese and mayonnaise.
Mix everything thoroughly.
Season with salt and ground black pepper.
