It's funny you say that, because I quite often wonder what people think who come across Grant (or other characters) on here and never saw them onscreen during their stints. How old were you/how long ago did you start watching EE?

I can’t take Ben seriously as a gangster, and him telling actual criminals that his dad is Phil Mitchell is even more laughable.

To be fair if anything he was more dangerous than Phil. He had his own heavies, not a favor from his friend, etc.
