This was the first Magic Book I ever learnt from, some 24 years ago now. I have had hundreds of Magic Books since, and this is still one of my absolute favourites. It was also I believe, the first book that Derren Brown learned from, and he recommends it. You can't get much higher praise than that.

Possibly the best value in a magic book. Ever. My routine of choice is actually from Hocus Pocus Jr., but I think I'd be well off to also learn Mark Wilson's so I have a shorter routine. I love that you are learning this material from books that are easy to dismiss as beginner books, but are really quite good.
