Rosé has been consistent supporting Bb4's and B4's and most of the time even C5 so I would say her tier is D+/C-
my friend who is vocal coach said her tier is C- now
her vocal really improved day by day

But her difficult note was E5 belt in Ice cream...Her highest upper register is A5(live)...But she has some exclamation like C6,D6,A6 in pretty savage,Kill this love....

Yedam is a low W To A too with Eb4/E4 . I think you underestimating him quite a bit.
His materials outside Bts' songs are mid w to a. He is quite consistent to E4 and F4. The vocal community even agrees that he was misevaluated.
Their support are consistent enough to be in w to a and more refined.

since rosé has a much stronger and cleaner middle register in recent times than Jk, consistency in Bb4, better moments in B4 and probably shallow support in C5, and more average moments in his last tour, both are W-A but rosé is High and Jk Mid, and rosé is close to being low average.
