The problem is NOT the Vehicles that are involved in accidents, it is simply the Drivers and the faioure of the Police to follow up with the remedial actions.

Mr Kissoon it is great you were treated 'professionally' by the Doctor at woodlands hospital but in my view you should have a written prescription since it gives you the freedom to procure you medications anywhere of your choice and furthermore it is best practice .In England you have both.
