Happy New Year to the most entertaining Durian farmers in South East Asia. Continued success and prosperity in the New Year. No more accidents for Bung Bung!
Happy new year to you and pen and you even got a ride on the L B Express. Pens son must be doing quit well for himself and that's great he can afford what he wants.
Excellent video Mike and Pen. I've been watching your videos for months but never commented before. You're one of the most entertaining and natural vloggers in Thailand. You had me laughing out loud with this one, especially with the monkey situation. I'm a professional dog trainer and behaviourist by trade in the uk, the most important thing to remember with unfamiliar or wild animals (including dogs and monkey's) is no direct eye contact for more than a couple of seconds. If you observe your own dogs interacting with each other you will notice they rarely lock eyes for more than a couple of seconds to prevent miscommunication. Keep up the good work. Looking forward to your next video.
Toyota Fortuner makes more sense at 1.5 Million baht, higher off the ground for bad roads as it comes with 7 seats or 5 seats and then plenty of room for the dogs as opposed to a 4 Million baht Toyota Alphard (over twice the price because of import tax).
Late Happy New Year and welcome back to Thailand from me too. Good to see you have escaped cold Europe for a few weeks to stay in Thailand as I did. Thanks for the latest videos which were great as always. Really interesting to hear all that has happened since your last stay. Congrats on the success with the farm. I hope it continues to develop well. What I want to ask you though, do you have any issues with mosquitos in or around the house and if so, what did you do to handle it? They're eating me alive. Seems they either prefer farang blood or my body just reacts way stronger to the bites than Thais do. Either way. Any tips other than keeping the area dry (no still water), light off and mosquito spray? Thanks and have a good day.
Another wonderfully entertaining video. Happy New Year to you and your family. Looking forward to watching your journey in 2023 and beyond. P.S is that an Apple Ultra watch on your wrist?
Not really my business, but... I feel confused by your suggestion in a previous vlog that you are considering doing maybe 6 months in Thailand, until you "get bored"... and then 6 months in England, until you get bored... which might lead to you being regularly bored, and continually trying to rectify it by moving back and forth. Sounds like a lot of potential negativity to me. I'm not saying it can't work - just that it confuses me... I used to do something similar, being lucky enough to have homes in three countries... but one I got bored in within a couple of weeks, the second I would be bored after about a month, and the third (in Thailand) I'm still enjoying. The first I sold - and the second I've not visited since 2019 - and I've luckily not missed either But... I never went to either of these places because I was bored with Thailand - just for a change/holiday. I'm nearly twice your age, and in very different circumstances but, as they say 'oop North'... "Think on't." Good luck to you... and many happy new years to come.

Happy New Year to you two. Thank you for another quality vid. Kind regards Doug and Jum
"Faberge eggs..." - your sense of humour slays me - and the dead-pad delivery, usually followed by a cheeky (almost guilty) grin.
Glad the monkeys didn't start flinging their poop about! Great to see you back in Thailand, even for a short while.

Love this video it had everything, Farm irrigation tips, LB bus tour, Imminent monkey attack and the best oyster review ever.. " It's no kebab " 🤣

Happy New year to you and Pen from Sid and Rosie.🎇🎇🎇
Happy New Year! Your durian trees look wonderful,
Toyota LB Express van, nice but not worth 4,000,000 baht or $170,000 Australian dollars for me anyway, but thats Thailand's ridiculous import duties.

thanks, happy new year
at the moment few mosquitoes, but as the trees get bigger and there is more shade, that might change? I hope not
mosquito coils, fans, cut trees to let sunlight in around your house, long sleeves, avoid their time of day, dawn and dusk

yes, so far I like it, Im using for sleep tracking and trying to self-encourage exercise
@@lowbrow I remember a previous video in which your heart rate was high whilst working on the farm, so I imagine you’ll be hitting all your targets.
That’s how you build a house in Thailand no need to buy land no building permit as a foreigner
LB Bus
Pen is running a phantom football team training session and bungbung like you are on the benchj
You didn’t show us the wardrobes 😂😂
I m scared of monkeys 😮
What is the name of the restaurant?
Waiting for rhe guy from " Exploring Bankok" to visit ......heard "Bung-Bung Hole" has been suggested not sure how that translates though
Lima brava or LB take yer pick for political correctness Mike and happy new year to you and Pen.

This video had me laughing out loud. It promised profanity and eventually it came in spades 😃
🤔“It’s no Kebab” … 😂
