Need to adjust the door strike/latch. I'm going out on a limb and say that it will bring 70K plus.

Hoses, rubber, seals, wire, oils, antifreeze, metals, and plastic all oxide & break down with time. I would rather have owned the tractor earlier in it's life & with a few more hours on it than put it to full use now. I would spend the money on a modern one and enjoy the comforts & advancements(plus low rate financing and maybe a warranty) than sit looking at an exhaust pipe in the middle of the cab view and no room for another person, your stuff, or monitors. Expensive hourly shop rates for old stuff, a/c components in roof of cab, hard to fuel up, don't turn well, no duals, fat tires, old lighting, no mirrors, poor steps.. A good tractor but I'll take the improvements. Try changing the fan belt.

Try changing the fan belt on a brand new John Deere tractor you can't do it without John Deere's okay
