The best way to chisel the essence is to have Windows Mousekey enabled, there are other OSRS youtubers that have guides for how to set them up, but once you have that enabled you can press 4,5,6 on your numpad repeatedly and go back and forth chiselling multiple of the essence per tick. This is also the best way to make darts or use water on the hoppers in trouble brewing (or anything else you can do in 0 ticks)
For AFK'ing vyres, I would recommend using fury over torture, only because it gives a significantly better prayer bonus, which would allow you to afk a little longer.
why does a prayer bonus allow you to afk longer? This makes zero sense to me, thanks for the help in advance. Just getting back to OSRS after years away.
One of my favourite AFK methods is shooting stars. If you scout your own and get a star to yourself, you can afk for 10+ minutes at a time (with the 25 minute logout timer plugin) Great for people who don't like training mining and you can use the dust to buy clay packs for profit. (or amazing soft clay/gem bag source for ironmen)
For the chisel clicking, i find it much faster to just single click back and forth as fast as you can. even if you miss you can just keep trying to click and you'll pick back up. it lets you clear an inventory in like 10 seconds.
Love afk'ing on this game. Karams are probably my favorite afk grind that I've done. I did them at work for an afk pet. With fish barrel, karamja gloves 3, and diary cape, it was 4-5min afk and 10-20sec banking on average. You just need a fast tele to a bank and fast tele to a fairy ring.
This is exactly what I do. Before diary cape or karamja gloves I teled ge with the varrock med perk to bank and just ran north to the shortcut to take that fairy ring
Don't forget about the 2 easiest 99s! 😄 Stock up on a ton of raw fish and cook them under Burthorpe. Fletch or string bows at the ge. Both skills will net you profit with minimal interaction (wines cost you gp and is crazy monotonous. Cooking fish will net a few mil to 99 and vary based on level) I got 99 in both pretty fast afking on mobile, while falling asleep to CZcams videos 🤣
I agree that those are super chill, but they aren't the methods I usually do 😂 I have bank filled with fish that needs to be cooked but I just always opt out to these methods where I can hoard up more resources 🙈 Good point out tho! Very nice for progressing your acc & afking 🙌🏻❤
Or use arceuus spellbook to home teleport to altar on how to get there. This will save you an invent space from the dramen staff of you use fairy rings normally. Also itll give you the option to home teleport every 20 mins again to preserve run energy ❤

I guess it's okay if you have an abundance of earth runes you don't care about. Otherwise, using earth staff would add to the profit margin pretty decently.
Actually nature runes are dirt cheap right now and the staff only gives a 1/15 chance at saving the rune. You need 15 earth runes for every cast and that's an average of 225 earth runes used for every nature rune saved.
Star hunting is very afk. Once you scout and find one, you can mine it for several hours only clicking every 20 minutes or so. Easy mining xp for almost 0 effort.
Dark crabs are best AFK fishing as far as I know. 4-5 minutes per inventory. NPC next to fishing spot notes your items (no banking required). And spot never moves so it's a 1 click method. However, it is in PvP so you will get attacked every now and then (not very frequently since it's not a hotspot). Requires wildy elite diary for rates of about 35-40k/xp hr.
Karambwan, 3-4 minutes per invent w/barrel. Spot doesn't move. Not in wilderness so you never die. Crafting cape/karamjia gloves 3 to bank. However you get to a fairy ring to get back

There is no benefit to using the dragon axe special attack at level 99 woodcutting from what I understand - see quote from OSRS Wiki: "Also note that any levels boosted above 99 with the special attack will be treated as 99. Therefore, you will start to receive diminishing returns with the special attack at level 97 and 98, with there being no value in speccing at level 99."

From what I've gathered there, the general rule seems to be that visible boosts do not work above 99, but invisible boosts do. Obviously this is not the case for combat, but I presume it applies to most if not all other skills. See this quote from Woodcutting Guild wiki page: "While inside the guild, players will receive an invisible +7 level boost to their Woodcutting. This boost will stack with any existing boosts the player already has, such as the visible +3 boost from using the dragon axe's special attack, though visible boosts are capped to level 99."

Great content man! So far I've really enjoyed the afkness of magic logs at woodcutting guild aswell as lobsters at fishing guild - both near a bank. It's a superb method while studying, but I haven't found a third farm like these ones. Anyone got any tips to an afk farm like these?
@@ZepaOSRS I've done those actually, and while they're bothfairly great, the time spent afk just isn't nearly as close to fish/wc guild skilling! However I finished my goal of 80 fishing now, so onto cooking alot of lobsters at Rogues Den and who knows, maybe i'll do some glass blowing after 8)

You get 2 blood shards per one 'drop' when you wear the Rogue outfit for Pickpocketing Vyres. But if you grind them with combat, you only get one shard at rate of 1/1500 per vyrewatch sentinel killed. (Thieving droprate is 1/5000 but you get 2 with the rogue outfit) Thanks for the comment 🙌🏻❤

I think I just set the Visual Metronome to count to 4 (this was for inferno practise) 😅 Then I adjusted size, color of the square so I could see it without directly looking at it ✌🏻 And finally I changed the font color to pink 🙌🏻
I honestly don't mind the trash talk in minigames, Wintertodt & Gotr are absolutely brutal for irons (done plenty of both activities on my HCIM & IM) 🙌🏻😅
There's a lot of room for Afking but the more afk the less xp you get 👀 My favorite 'afk' feature with the rc is the fact you don't have to bank and you can just stop anytime and you dont have to worry about dying etc 😅🙌🏻 it's great for not paying 100% attention but while doing other stuff on the pc

I thought the same when I first saw Zeah RC, but honestly you can just mine essence in a very AFK manner, then with just 1 or 2 clicks from minimap move to the next position. if you let your character automatically chisel the essence (it's slower I know!) it'll be super AFK. Works well for me when I want to watch shows while gaming or when playing another account ✌🏻

yes, this last task i made the switch and it was so nice! I also use devout boots rather than melee boots.
Dragonbone necklace even better for afking with +12 prayer.
I'd also look into using devout boots and ring of the gods imbued. You can get like ~9 minutes of straight afk

for chiseling the dence essence use the anti drag runelite plugin set it so 30+ and spam click chisel and essence for faster chipping

buying a Bryophyta's staff and using it while Plank making with chance of not using a nature rune is more profitable in the long run.

Dragon axe specing after your 99 does nothing according to the wiki. Any WC boosts past 99 does not help you.

For the Blood Shard grind just go down south after you've teleported. There will be two Wyrewatches that no one knows of.
I personally stay close to the altar to recharge prayer, but if worlds are packed im definitely trying the spot 👀✌🏻

You could enjoy blowing glass or fletching, those can be fully done while standing at a bank 🙌🏻

What are the prayer and hp bar plugins above your inventory?
on the left & right of my inventory the bars plugin is called "Status bars" on runelite ✌🏻

take the vampire outfit to vyres too so u can use the bank and stop taking aggro if u need to go afk

Yo according to the wiki the better afk eel fishing is the sacred eel in zul-andra. Says it's like 220k per hour instead of the 180k of infernal eels.

Only afk plank make on an iron if you truly have to afk. It is like 4x slower and gp is more or less useless. Great afk though.
Hey for afk vyres. I thought there was a outfit you wear and you get double the drop! So it would of been like 10m or something like that
You get 2 blood shards per one 'drop' when you wear the Rogue outfit for Pickpocketing Vyres.
But if you grind them with combat, you only get one shard at rate of 1/1500 per vyrewatch sentinel killed.
(Thieving droprate is 1/5000 but you get 2 with the rogue outfit)

I think I just set the Visual Metronome to count to 4 (this was for inferno practise) 😅
Then I adjusted size, color of the square so I could see it without directly looking at it ✌🏻
And finally I changed the font color to pink 🙌🏻
A 10 step process where you change locations multiple times and have 7 different inputs is not "afk"

I honestly don't mind the trash talk in minigames, Wintertodt & Gotr are absolutely brutal for irons (done plenty of both activities on my HCIM & IM) 🙌🏻😅

There's a lot of room for Afking but the more afk the less xp you get 👀
My favorite 'afk' feature with the rc is the fact you don't have to bank and you can just stop anytime and you dont have to worry about dying etc 😅🙌🏻 it's great for not paying 100% attention but while doing other stuff on the pc

I thought the same when I first saw Zeah RC,
but honestly you can just mine essence in a very AFK manner, then with just 1 or 2 clicks from minimap move to the next position.
if you let your character automatically chisel the essence (it's slower I know!) it'll be super AFK.
