He had just won the second run through Ouninpohja 2 before that (a stage record which stood for quite some time if I remember correctly), but that 1 minute penalty forced him to take too big of a risk
The wheel bearing has cost burns a chance for his challenging for the lead
He would have won Rally Finland 8 times in a row
That would’ve been gronholm not burns
