Can you play an audio acapella from your phone and scratch it on a blank vinyl with this? So basically feed the acapella to the PT01, and record the scratches into my DAW?

find acapellas they always work for me you dont need scratch records just find the sound

To scratch with a switch is just a little bit different from a crossfader but it is cool

Yes you can use edjing pro application with mixfader .You can scratch with timecode vinyl
