Jesus is still to become 'everlasting father'. That title will only apply AFTER the 1,000 year rule of Jesus. When he has given humans the ability to live forever on earth. Thanks to his ransom sacrifice (John 3:16).
(Psalm 37:29) The righteous will possess the earth, And they will live forever on it.
We must remember that only a FEW would cherish truth and get saved (Matthew 7:14).

I think what Jesus was saying is that it's sort of like you have people that you know as acquaintance and you know people personally! I believe that what Jesus wants but he won't Force us to have it is a personal relationship with us! He wants us to get to know him and what he's all about, and when we fall in love with him then we want to imitate him. Jesus is our mentor that is one of the reasons he came here to this earth to show us who the father is and what the father really cares about! Everything Jesus cares about is written in The Parables. And his walk on this Earth! Mostly he cared for the poor and the broken hearted and those who were told they were not good enough by the self-right describes and Pharisees! Today we have modern day self-righteous scribes and Pharisees, and Jesus said, if you have been one of these little ones who come to me you're better than a millstone were hanged about your neck and you were drowned in the depths of the sea! I've had some experiences in my 68 years of life of some Churches that possess the spirit of the Pharisees and a high priest! And I have seen them break the hearts of those that came to church like they weren't good enough! I believe, that I don't have to do a thing to change another person, but pray for them and then Behold The Mighty hand of God! And then glorify God not myself or my prayer! Yes Matthew 25 HE tells in that chapter why they aren't HIS.
The key is given by Jesus.
(Matthew 7:21) “Not everyone saying to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter into the Kingdom of the heavens, but only the one doing the will of my Father who is in the heavens will.
Only those doing God's will have Jesus' acceptance as his disciples.
Making claims of having had done miraculous works in Jesus' name is not part of God's Will, naturally (see verse 22).
Jesus has only ONE GROUP of disciples whom he is leading in the fulfillment of Matthew 24:14.

When Jesus says on that day, I never knew you, he's not going to mean I once knew you, but, now I don't anymore, no, he's going to mean just what he says, I "NEVER" Knew you. This tells us that there had never been any kind of a relationship. How could there have been when it was Jesus himself who said, I know my sheep, and I am known by my own? (John 10:14 NKJV.) First of all, a person has to be born-again to be one of his, and to be known by him! Therefore, those so-called Disciples who'll be referring to Jesus as their Lord on that day won't be born-again Disciples.
If we do not know the Son, we do not know the Father because the Son is the way to the Father. If we do not know the Father, we cannot know his will which is, by the way, to believe on the son.(John 6:40) which is the only way we could ever be born-again. And if we do not know both the Father and the Son, we cannot know the spirit.
Again, those so-called Disciples who'll be referring to Jesus as their Lord on that day will not have in them the spirit, nor, his power. This means the miracles that they had done using the Lord's name were not done by the power of God, hence the reason why he's going to say to them on that day, depart from me, you who do lawlessness.

He never knew you meaning that those who pretended to be his followers by saying, doing or acting different than what Jesus taught us. Ppl who didn't really put in practice what Jesus taught and by his true works. For example no one can say they are a Dr if they don't practice it or keep up with it, the rest of the Dr's will not acknowledge that person, the same way you can't say you follow Jesus but then do everything opposite he showed us. We have to follow his steps the best we can.
If you know John 3:16, and you accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior but still don't do his Commandments, you did not truly accept him yet.
"For body without spirit is dead, and faith without action is also dead."(James 2:26) and yes we are not save by our good works, but by grace through faith in Jesus, but if your faith in Jesus has no action on doing his will, you didn't truly accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior yet. Our good works or doing Jesus's will shows our Love and Faith to him.✝️

The context was people claiming to be Christian doing 'good and great' works in Jesus' name. The problem was that these are NOT part of God's Will. (Matthew 7:21-23).

'I never knew you' shows a long standing belief. The Trinity belief falls into such.
How do you suppose Jesus became Lord and Savior? If there weren't mankind on this planet, also known as sinners, what would there be for Jesus to save? In other words sinners were significant to God in order for His plan to work since Satan was in possession of His newly acquired creation. God used mankind to destroy the devil by opening the door for Jesus to enter thereby saving mankind and ending Satan's reign.
Most of Christ is our Savior by Grace, not of ourselves or by works, but by the Mercy of God. There is close to none who Jesus Christ is Lord...but we still have Grace as a means to accepting, submitting and surrender our will. Pick the cross deny self and follow Christ "Lord."

This is what many Christians in America today cannot understand. "And because iniquity shall abound in those days, the *love* of many shall grow cold." Why does Christ tell some of those who profess to be Christians that He never knew them despite their last second plea of salvation from Hell? Because they never actually knew Christ or employed His Love especially for those marginalized in society. God is Love, Jesus is God's Love and God's Word that is Love. If Christ cannot recognize Himself, that is His Love within you from which your works are made manifest, then you are not known and therefore rejected. God cannot allow unrepentant sin, bias, or any hate into the Kingdom of Heaven. Because God knows all from eternity past, Jesus saying He never knew the sinner proves they never were in His fold but have only deceived themselves right up to Day of Judgment. They've spent their entire lives using Christ as a front to instead attack the poor, assail the down-trodden, and mock the minority and their calls for justice, in His name. They believed in Christ but served Lucifer. Jesus infamously said: "Those who are of the Truth hear My voice." Therefore, those who are His both hear as well as do His commandments. This is how He, as our judge, shall both know and accept us into His Kingdom.

Today's parenting upbringing should be instinctively at a level where mother, father, adoptive parent, guardian, caretaker or provider have a way of raising infant, baby, toddler, young child and teenagers to grow, develop and mature into a strong, confident, healthy, successful, fun-loving independent adult that can joyfully make their way through life as a single married leading or simply just being a healthy, happy and productive part of a massive group which is society. 1 key is learning your body's capabilities and limitations by fully engaging with all the body senses to their extreme limits in the most efficient way that is humanly possible. Thus becoming physically fit, mentally sound and spiritually balanced being able to express physical freedom. For only at this level of body awareness does one actually have the self-control, discipline, loyalty, devotion, appreciation, respect, confidence and playful determination. You talk about the individual repenting to enter Heaven. This is self. God is oneness on all levels of thought. Man seperated from God. Those that are self are on their own. Those that work for Gods will are saved in a way you might not understand. You are talking of self righteousness. To be righteous so as to enter Gods Heaven is false.
Heaven is made up of independent thought working together for Gods will. If you do not have independent thought, you are like an animal in a herd that simply follows without thought. They are simply there. Adam was shown all the beasts of the Earth and named them. He could not go further in thought. God was leading his thought. God gave him a higher awareness so that he could analyse what he saw.
So what is Gods will. The programe maker says you must not be slaves to false Gods. He should explain what Gods will is. The Lords prayer is said every day and asks for Gods will to be done.
If a man stands before God alone and says I repent of my sins and believe in Jesus Christ who is God. What do you think God will say.
He will say, who did you bring with you. The man says I am not my brothers keeper. You cannot be self in the oneness of God. We think independently for a reason. It had a purpose that God used.
If a composer write a piece of music, he gets a conductor to direct an orchestra to play the music. The composer desires to hear his work. The chords and vibrations.
If a musician decides to play the music his way so that he can enjoy it for himself at the expense of all the other players, the music is not what the composer desired. Those that put their incense on the alter in the tabernacle, were killed. Its not about you. Its about God. This is where everyone falls down. They stand before God and say I! God is the composer and He who is Heaven directs the orchestra. Today, Here, we all play our own tune. The conflicting noise is excruciating.
In Heaven they sing Holy, Holy, Holy. They sing together from the same piece of music. Everyone sings at different vibration levels which is in harmony. Like the rainbow. In Mathews 7:21-23 we find that there will be MANY people who cry out Lord, Lord to Yeshua, but he doesn’t know them for they did not obey His Fathers Law. They did not do the will of His Father and they were sinning. These people said that they cast out demons, they prophesied in “His name” and had done many wonderful works, BUT Yeshua did not know them. I would say that it is pretty powerful for someone to cast out demons and that it would take something spiritual for that evil demon to be cast out of the body. But, what if it was the wrong spirit that made the demon leave? Deceived or Deception!
Why did Yeshua not know them? Could it be that they did not call Him by His real name (Yeshua) and instead used a name that a human (satan inspired) had given Him around 1400AD instead of the name given to Him by His Father at birth? A name that is part of His Father’s name (YahWeh). Was it because they did NOT keep His Fathers commandments (The Torah/The Law)? Could it be they didn’t keep the Sabbath? Could it be they didn’t observe God’s Seven Feast? Or could it be all of the above and more?
Let’s say a person was named James by their father and mother and then the neighborhood started calling James by the name of Sue. How would the parents feel? Would James answer to the name of Sue or would he totally ignore it? Imagine James walking down a street and someone behind him yelling at him “Hey Sue”, would James keep walking or would he turn to see who was calling him. I’d say James would keep walking.

Perseverance is key in your particular situation. Read the Bible starting with the smaller New Testament letters - Collosians or Ephesians for example - and meditate slowly upon the uplifting verses and also do the same with the Psalms. Seek prayer support with other Christians at your church. Testing times are ahead. The Lord knows how I've been tested, and I've failed many a times. But I kept on persevering, relying on God's Grace and developing a relationship with Jesus.

Fellow Christians, I have a question for you all, I'm wondering how many this has happened too.
I learned about Jesus as a 14 year old. Once I reached high school I did my own thing, lived my life as I pleased. I drank, smoked, had sex out of wedlock, and many others. I even got into the whole new age thing. This all happened for about 15 years. I'm now in my early 30's.
3 weeks ago, I felt this sudden urge to learn more about Jesus. I bought two bibles, downloaded the Bible app, watched the passion of the christ, and pledged myself to him, accepting him as my lord and savior.
Nobody told me to do any of this. There was no street preacher. Even thinking back on it I have no idea where this came from, i just knew I wanted Jesus in my life.
Has this happened to any of you ? I can't explain it, I can't help but think maybe God was working through me ?
And I say Lord Lord I on to the heavenly father I wish and pray to challenge all the souls and spirits of the past, present and future leaders and supporters for the right to exist so accept my challenge into death and if thy Almighty God has any loyal subjects that have lived and died in a more physically, mentally, financially, spiritually, personal and professional beneficial aspect then keep me dead practically helpless and silent as a child. And now I would like to resurrect the wish and prayer I made prior to my 8th Birthday which was "I wished him prayed for my soul and spirit to be held spiritually accountable to the statements I proclaim to the way I'm living personally professionally." I sincerely guarantee you will never see or hear another body, man or woman in power, persons of legal or religious authority, or leaders ever freely accept that level of physical, mental, financial and spiritual accountability for anything they do ever. One reason they don't have the heart, faith or belief within themselves or anything else to validate the statements they proclaim with that level of certainty. Another reason could be they come from a bloodline of cowards which may be genetically inherited or a simple generic synthetic desperate learned behavior nowadays a possible side effect of global pollution worst-case a possibility of all these debilitating aspects combined together. Either way these points have been scientifically classified and religiously verified. In layman's terms. No one can express or receive love or any other desired emotion in its entirety if they don't know themselves from the inside out. In other words by being soft, lazy, out of shape, overfed, under nourished, over worked and underpaid or vice versa overpaid under work weakling that has neglected their own physical freedom throughout their entire life. For not learning their own bodies capabilities and limitations. Which means they have never fully engaged! With all their body senses to their extreme limits in the most efficient way that is humanly possible. For if they had, they would be physically fit, mentally sound and spiritually balanced being able to express physical freedom which is key in one being able to constantly consistently live up to the pleasure, potential and responsibility of femininity and masculinity. For only at this level of body awareness does one naturally an instinctively have the self-control, discipline, loyalty, devotion, appreciation, respect, confidence and playful determination to consciously acknowledge and physically participate in being true towards love, honor and the creation of life in the way of marriage being a husband or wife mother and father. Option two although alone not quite as exciting physically, mentally, financially and spiritually rewarding beneficial. Nonetheless a quantum leap in progress compared to the way the mass majority of the population practically since the dawn of creation has been living and dying off missing out on. More specifically currently today Donald Trump and like-minded who are lacking the physical and mental capabilities of being able to ground and pound slip and grip into paradise so intensely intimately that it gets the soul and spirit off with no negativity attached maybe even in the free and clear possible for a person to be a combination of all these best case scenario situations possibilities combined into one S.R.F.
