Queen Elizabeth II why do you want likes lol? You copy and pasted from the description...
I never thought I'd hear someone play that close to the original. And what's more incredible to me is how Brian created those pieces, such a unique mind.
Matthew Ahearn ı agree with you
Matthew Ahearn ; wow, incredible playing! Amazing songs and talent. Beautiful sounds to wake up to
Well he was using a coin as a pick like brian did
@@bigdoinks196 and? Anyone can use a coin. But it takes special talent to play just like brian
@@CRUZTYPANCAKES actually Brian used a coin as a pick because of the serrated edge of the coin, it gave the guitar a scratchy sort of sound.
Anyone noticed he’s using a coin as a pick just like Brian May?
The moment I heard that ringing sound like May produced in his playing, I looked at his fingers and noticed a coin pick. Correct me if I'm wrong.
Good spot!
Yeah! Like Brian
I May have squealed...
Ah - that's where I went wrong, I've used a dollar bill for years. Before that I would just write a check and use that.
It's hard to believe that Brian May's actual Red Special guitar will be turning 55 this coming year. Nice job on playing as well as your custom made Red Special.
The wood used is like 300 years old, watch the documentary, its mind blowing
@@mattsmith1518 he never had to re-fret it, he did have to restring it... many, many, many times...
She is like 200 years old
@@mattsmith1518 if he didn't have to restring it those would be some damn good strings lol
@@nevv7130 the fireplace was 100 years old. Brian jokes that it's about 300 years old
Beautiful looking guitar and great playing :)
with the sixpence guitar pick to boot
For sure, Mr! I' ve already watched several times! So bad, if they ain't gonna sell this Red Beauty in Russia....
That replica sounds great!
The master has been summoned
crazy playing. Not just the note- for - note, but additionally the feeling is spot on. I' simply jealous
Thank you!! Hope you like my new video czcams.com/video/M_Bd872EO-c/video.html
Listening to this makes me want one now
There are 3 or 4 "Brian May" style guitars, cheapest is $500-600, the "near replica" is $2000
@@kevinzhang3313 that's a lot of money. If converted in our currency, a price of that replica can build a house.

Listening with my eyes closed I’ve a big smile on my face! Hats off to you for nailing Brian’s tone and superb licks! I’m a Queen fan since 1979 so Brians guitar sound makes up part of my brain tissue at this stage! Great entertainment indeed! I’d love to see how Brian would react to this video! I can’t believe it’s not Brian playing!
Bit late haha but we should all must remember, NO ONE can play like Brian May!
But Brian
Phenomenal playing. You really have the rare ability to transport the kind of feeling that Brian's own playing has.
Thanks for the great video.
Thank you! I´ve upload a new one! Hope you like it czcams.com/video/M_Bd872EO-c/video.html
Pretty sure if that demo lasted 3 hours I would have watched it all. Great job!
Just watch it over and over....... prob solved.
I don't have a problem. I meant that if the demo were 3 hours long I'd have watched the whole thing.
Great replica great playing. How incredibly talented May was to produce those riffs and solos. On another planet in terms of originality and style.
Rob Jackson was? He’s not dead you know lol
Good point.
You shoul have won the Brian May wannabe contest. You nailed every detail, have that feeling, like noone else except Brian.
The guitar itself looks perfect.
The challenge is for people to start making music with instruments like this which would come along way towards making Freddie Mercury proud, without just being another cover band.
I agree with you
😁😁😁😁
Definitely a studious guitarist of May's style...
Karel Menšík Lol are you praising him or insulting him?
There's so much feeling on every single note that Brian plays... It's just beautiful.
Even playing with the coin, absolute mad lad. Respects to you sir.
Who just cares how accurate he is?
Well d'uh he's playing on a replica of the original. But I agree, he must've practiced for ages.
Wow, great job all around. That Killer Queen solo in particular is wonderful.
Just an amazing sounding guitar. That Brian May tone is like no other. Great playing as well!
Very good job, but, what about Bohemian Rhapsody?

Oh. My. God. This is literally *the* Brian May sound. You are a legend for creating this noise which is heaven to the ears.
Yours Too.
My god this my frigging dream guitar!

Daniel, your playing is absolutely fantastic! Excellent work, and AnderMay's guitar is beautiful.
Fabulous Brian would be very proud and Freddie rocking it as always
I just realize that this guy in the guitarrist of "Dios salve a la reina" (god save the queen) tribute band!!!!!!!
E&P Walkthrough I’ve seen them live in Miami a few years back. Best tribute band ever. The singer not only looks like Freddie but sounds like him too.
What a wonderful guitar tone!!🏆

I’ve never seen someone play so close to Brian’s style 😳
Been a Queen fan since 1974 and I swear that was Brian May playing. Man you totally nailed it. If I could play half as good as that I'd be the happiest man on earth.
wow, very similar!!!
Great playing. Very authentic sounding. Great looking Brian May copy.
Great Job! The colors of the notes, each vibrato, feeling on the bends and up-beats at some ending phrases are visible at this work. You got It!!!! Congratulations
the show must go on solo is FLAWLESS! 100/10, amazing build!
Awesome - I notice how you've gone for uber-realistic with the guitar and even added the little 'hole cover' on the scratchplate. Love it. Your playing is second only to the Man himself as well by the way!
Yhhbb
@Charles Addison Ociones I have a star sticker in that exact spot on my Burns 😊 I saw a video somewhere on CZcams of a chap who had replicated the original fuzz box circuit and built it into his RS. I think Andy Guyton built one like that as well 🤔
Great ear, and fantastic skill!
The I Want It All solo 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Probably the best guitar demo I've ever seen on Y.T. Makes you recall the musical genius of Queen.
This guy obviously plays fantastically, the guitarist sounds like the original, and yes you have to hand it to Brian May to come up with such original sounds from his guitar, the guy is obviously a Real Genius when it comes to playing the guitar. Not so much of a genius when it comes to the rest of the universe, but when it comes to playing the guitar and composing music for the guitar, the guy is a genius. I'm sure you guys know that Brian and his dad actually made the original red special guitar out of old pieces of scrap wood, and a knitting needle and some other various bits laying around. That blows me away, a dad and his son making a guitar that the son takes and becomes a rockstar with, with a totally unique sound just blows me away.
I totally agree that Brian May is a musical genius, but if you're saying that Brian May isn't a true genius, you'd be mistaken. Did you know that as well as his father Howard being an electronics engineer and a draughtsman for the Ministry of Aviation, Brian is himself a PhD in astrophysics from the Royal College London? The man is incredibly impressive.
@@wolfwarren6376 as I said, Brian May is a musical genius and is super intelligent in other ways, but he denies Christ. So, according to the word of God, that makes him a fool.
Zechariah 12:10 well, since it is safe to speak in religion, that makes him a complete heathen. It's one of the reasons I can no longer listen to queen or any music but Buck Owens and Merle Haggard. Really I only wanted to see the guitar, because of how impressive the instrument is construction wise.

Congratulations Daniel Marcos !.. you really rock on that beautiful guitar !.. Thanks !..
Very good player! It’s not just the guitar, but the amp and effects pedals that make this sound like Queen back in the day. The whole package! Beautiful replica of the Red Special!
The Show Must Go On sounds exactly like the guitar tone in the actual song
It’s amazing how a handmade guitar that was made because his creator hadn’t enough money to buy a new guitar became something that everyone wants to replicate.
You make it look so easy. Well done.
Brilliant Guitar, very good in shape and perfect Job on Guitar ! Very close to the Original.
Disfruto de solo escucharte que bien tocas!

Te diré que nadie es perfecto.
Tú sabes perfectamente qué fallos son los que se te han resistido.... yo los noto...
pero he de decirte que esta selección es la que más se acerca a la perfección,

Perfect performance
Nice looking and sounding guitar. I think you nailed it with this one.
😲😲😲😲😲sei pazzesco hai lo stesso tocco di Brian 🤗grande!!!
La migliore cover di Brian che io abbia mai sentito!
EPIC gitaar playing dude!! Love this guitar!!! Only thing holding me back from getting one, is that when you climb up on stage, literally EVERYBODY expects you to play Queen songs. Can't imagine anyone playing their own songs on this axe
Well I do... never encountered problems. People barely notice the guitar. Lots of the time they ask what kind of guitar it is... it is not so well known by the general public I guess. I never play Queen songs on it, just our own songs. And it just blends in.
Unbelievably, and typically I suppose, 107 people didn't like Daniels excellent study of Brian's tone and style of playing. I can only assume that the people who gave this video the thumbs-down are actually better players than Brian May himself. A great sounding guitar which is demoed by a very accomplished guitarist. 10/10 is my vote.
Woow que guitarra!! Y que interpretaciones!!
Speechless !!!!!!!!
Absolutely awesome! Esteban is a true master Luthier!

He somehow made The Show Must Go On better with the little chords he does after the solo. Absolutely amazing
Played very close up and the sound is phenomenal! Great!
Great playing, some of those pup settings were amazing.
amazing!!!
Saludos cordiales...
soldadoblanco80 si en scandal por ejemplo.
You got all those Brian May licks down superbly, and that guitar is actually cool...
Oh my god what a fantastic sound !!!!!!!!!!
Its been said that Brian may uses a 6 pence as a guitar pick. Though personally after experimenting myself, I always preferred a 20 or 50 pence peice for the angles. Though Im sure with the rounded edges on the 6 pence, Brian chews threw a new pack of strings every few days with practising.
Honestly, I used to be the same. Stick with something similar to a sixpence, the glide and stroke over the strings is good stuff whilst still being roughly pic size. The serrated edges do some good things, I've taken to using sixpences for lighter stuff with my ibanez!
6 pence coins don't have rounded edges, it has a serrated edge, which is the very reason why he uses them, to get that scratching sound and also because regular picks are too flimsy
Please, tell us how you use your effects for this...Wonderful sound....I have Guitar Rig and Amplitube, and BM guitar, but mine doesnt sound like this...So very well done. Any info would be fantastic! Thx bro!
I think it's all about how you play
1:15 onwards very nicely demonstrates that that little crunch between notes comes from the ridges of the coin.
Incredible job my friend full of love and dedication, what a talent!
The 70 people who dislike this should be launched out on a raft in the ocean with no motor, anchor, or paddle.
Well they should have an anchor yo weigh em down
When's the tribute band starting, and can I be drummer ;)
Excellent playing and the pick ups buttons are easy to see. Thanks for sharing.
Absolutely brilliant, what a talent.
Yo verdaderamente quiero construirsme la red Special
Desafortunadamente,no creo que se puede hacer...es muy especial :,)
Los planos están en internet! Ahora ve si logras encontrar las piezas caseras y hacer que funcionen en la guitarra xd
The coin pick he's using is called a sixpence. They sell them on ebay cheap. Brian May prefers a 1947 sixpence, maybe its because of the silver content, or the year of his birth which is 1947.
WhiteFeather he said pre 1950 sixpences are good, so i bought a 1949 lol
Man really feel his instrument. Great.
Great replica, great sound, great playing.
