Great video Jamie. Despite the gurus telling us to stop trading our money for time, EVERYONE who became wealthy did so first by working hard and trading their time for money.
The question of ‘net worth’ is another ego issue. To me (and naturally it’s an opinion,) it’s all about the income. I will eventually retire (whatever that is), but a massive flow of income is my preference

    • @JamieYork

You pay higher stamp duty on the next house you buy regardless of whether it is for buy to let or to live in. If you however sell your current house and then buy a new one then I believe you pay normal stamp duty.

Having schooled in Hendon London, and lived in Croydon CR0, Hermmersmith NW10 and Hounslow TW3 respectively, I have fair knowledge of those areas. I have attended property seminars, joined facebook property groups, and read books on some strategies in doing UK properties. I am looking for opportunity to be brought on board a team of sourcers. Asking your boss for money based on your bright idea's is completely pointless, they already know your worth to them and will only offer it when they face competition from another employer.
If you want more money, hand them your notice explaining you have received a better offer from someone else. If you are worth more to them they will offer more to keep you if your are not they will let you move on.
