This show dates from 1909 and was written by Lionel Monckton.
The tune was also used by Ronnie Barker and Ronnie Corbett for one of their Musical Numbers in their T.V. Show.
This was the very first roll-playing foot-pedalled reed organ with a pneumatic roll motor, from 1887. Prior to this date you had to turn a handle to power the music rolls.
