Oh thank goodness (my mind went to horrible places!) but we’ll definitely miss Dora Bean! Super bittersweet but honestly I was so expecting bad news about Bear or Ettie or Ace! Our hearts have gotten so fragile regarding those foals!! To the new owners, remember Dora loves most types of snackies! Love her from all of us and enjoy your journey 🥰
She is a cracking pony and you have set her up for success! Saying goodbye is always the hardest part, but knowing that you’ve given her the best setup is what I always like to focus on. Love ya megs, you’re a wonderful horsewoman and I appreciate you taking the time to share these tough moments.

Don’t worry about not sharing where she’s going, it’s absolutely the right call. I hope her little kids will love her as much as we did. And we have to remember to be grateful for person like you selling their horses so they can take others on their wonderful journey. If nobody were selling their horses, we would be in a jam 😅😅😅
Even though it is really sad, Dora is such an incredible little pony and her new owners are so so lucky. You can tell how awesome she is even just by Pete missing her 😅. Thank you for the update on her and we will all miss her so so much but I'm very excited for her next chapter. Good luck Dora, Meg and the new owners and I wish you all the best

I can understand your sadness. She seems like a really sweet pony. I'm glad that you could recognize that you were no longer a good fit for her. So many others would have selfishly kept her. I’m sad to see Dora go, but the new owners sound lovely. I wish the new owners all the best on their journey with Dora. One thing I will always remember about Dora is all of the different human food she eats.

I’ve sold a couple of pony’s in the past and it never gets easy,but you’ve just got to think of the benefits for them going and how great her new home is going to be for her.

After this Esme’s Joey having an accident (I sometimes forget it happens to everyone) my heart sunk thinking Jammy or DeeDee must have gotten injured and perhaps couldn’t attend badminton or one of the buckskins babies had a problems with the pregnancies

And I absolutely love that you've chosen not to be like "here's the home and the social media presence of the pony" off the bat because that's a trend lately but maybe people want to get used to their new edition alone. Geeze, the way this was hyped and titled I thought a pregnancy failed or a horse died or something. Congratulations on finding a new home for Dora, tho, she's lovely and you've done a wonderful job with her. I like your way of selling too! I do hope she does great with her new family but it's good to know she can come back if needed 💜

It’s a great thing for Dora but Meg and family are allowed to be super sad about her leaving. She’s doing the right thing by selling her, but there’s no need for you to police how she feels about it.
We will all miss her, you will miss her the most. You made the right choice for yourself, you have to go with your gut. You did a cracking job with her meg. She will go to a great home. Xx

Oh Meg ❤ what a bittersweet moment. Dora truly has been a special little lady and it’s sad to see her go. But as one chapter comes to a close a new one is beginning and I know she’s going to do incredible things! I’m so grateful to hear she won’t be going too far and it sounds like she’ll have two little girls who will love her dearly and learn and grow so much. You’ve given those girls a wonderful gift, never forget that ❤
I agree 100% Meg. Dora is the "sweetest person"; she's a doll and her new people will love her just as much as you have. And, she'll get so much love and attention, I'm sure. As you say, hard to do, but the right decision. I hope her new people will send you pics and videos from time to time. I know Dora's colouring has lightened up a lot but I was amazed to see just how dark she was when you first got her. She is also one of the prettiest ponies I've seen to. Dora has the whole package. teared up whilst watching this. it is so sad to see a pony go but you feel good inside knowing the dora is going to hopefully the right place. she will teach her new family and that is the most important thing. I watched this when it was posted but couldn’t comment so I’m doing it now. Dora was an amazing pony and you did so good with her. She is so lucky to have a life where she is in these loving homes. I was fine the entire video but the video montage at the end got me balling 😭❤

Dora's arrival vid was the very first EEP vlog that I watched and it was a privilege to have met her last year. The right decision isn't always the easiest but what a fab pony she has become - thanks to the gentle education you've given her, Meg . I wish her new owners oodles of love and luck with her xxx

Aw Meg, that’s so sad! She was my favourite pony from this channel and always will be. This is an exciting new journey for her and her new owners and I hope they enjoy her and love her as much as you have. Goodbyes are hard but you’ll see her again! Well I wasn't expecting that 😳. Dora is so adorable and the girls will have an amazing time with her and the parents maybe less worried about any problems as she's so genuine. You have done a beautiful job with her Meg and given her the best start and confidence to go and enjoy her new owners. They will adore her and she them. It's heartbreaking for you and I still feel the heartbreak of having to see my pony who I had had from 1. But you, like me, are doing it for the right reasons and being completely unselfish. Sending you a massive hug as I know how hard it will be but she's gonna do great things xx

I get its hard Meg, Ive had a similar experience with a horse too. She is an amazing little ponyand you have taught her so much and brought her such a long way. Saying goodbye is the hardest, but Dora was so lucky to have such a wonderful and caring home. All the best wishes to the new family xx

What a wonderful journey Dora Bean has been on. She was so Lucky to start her training with you Meg and with Hobbit and Han and all others involved. Now is her time to create some new memories with her 2 little girls who will no doubt love this little grey sweetheart to bits.

One of the most difficult things to let go of when such a close bond is made. Even though I've known from the beginning she is to be sold it's sad. The sweet little fruit bat will be truly missed. I 😘 ved her adorable little face and how she just invites you in. Bless you and your mum for doing what you do so well and with such love. Dora is a gem. Congratulations to the new family and may you give Dora kisses every day and enjoy the incredible journey she will take you on with sweetness in every step!
I didn't expect to tear up at this, it's just so sad seeing how much you clearly adore her and having to part ways. But you'll always have the memories and get updates and hopefully go see and maybe ride her again. She's obviously a very special pony, but now she gets to go and be somebody else's special pony too and give them the same amazing experience she gave you. I'm sure she'll be very happy having two little girls of her own and will be looked after and loved.
She's a testament to the love, care and training you've given her and now you have the privilege of giving all that to somebody else. It's very bittersweet and it does feel like you're grieving loss at first, but this is a positive thing for Dora. In the future when you've seen how well she's doing you'll feel better, but I totally understand how rubbish this feels, especially when you love them so much.❤

I am so glad that this is 'only' about a sale! When I saw the title, I straight away thought something bad had happened to one of your horses! So, yes, of course it's sad to have to sell a horse that one loves and that has served the owner so well, but I too wish her all the best in her new life. She will certainly find it strange and stressful to have been moved to other people, but hopefully she will get used to her new family. Lots of love!

It's always sad (not bad) to hand off a horse (or any other animal) to someone else to enjoy. You're in the business of finding, training and selling ponies so this is the ideal outcome for Dora. She has an amazing new family who will get many years of fun from riding her as well as improving their riding skills.
