all videos on this channel are edited by me. the goal this edit was to pull this full randy vs soze storyline together so that the full context (through the use of flashbacks) was included and the most important povs were edited together. this video took around 10-15 hours to edit and is edited together using 10 different perspectives. editing with multiple perspectives is a form of storytelling that combines multiple storylines into one video to give the audience a full understanding of this chase. text commentary is written by me to explain further context and/or educate further about game mechanics, etc. that are important for understanding different parts of the video. i refine these edits by equalizing volume levels across povs (as best i can) and by making sure every pov is synced up perfectly. editing these events together with multiple povs adds significant creative value and creates a unique nopixel/gta rp viewing experience. hope you enjoy watching this video as much as i enjoyed creating it!

He was arrested for having a class 2 which is illegal, his attachments were not his cause or penalty added for his punishment. The police can seize them if they had suspicions of illegal activity. 100% can be taken for investigation if they are found to be illegal after a legislature is made he cannot be charged but the attachments can be taken and destroyed.
Ie new drugs created never before seen. Cops can take the drugs to test them find out what they are, then have them added to the forbidden substance list.

Actually, no. If it's no explicitly illegal to have, you can have it. THAT'S how it works Koil. You can't take it then say "We have to decide if it is or not".

If something isn't expressly stated as illegal then it is legal until a law is created against it. I know he probably won't, but Randy could very easily win a civil suit against the state for violating his rights since they illegally seized his possessions. It would set the precedent that the DOJ actually has to do their work before actions are taken.
technically that's not true, it's not a leap to say the items which attatches to a gun is suspect. The only ground he had to stand on was that the gun wasn't used and the attachments weren't either. I agree with him there, there was no grounds to really take them. but still they can take them, they probably should've given them back though.

Bruh, these cops and judges need to read up on actual law, he would get charged with the illegal firearm, but since the attachments are legal and were not attached, they should not have been touched. The fact that a cop illegally seized them is an infringment of his 4th amendment rights
