I think mine was just from a long winter and being cold when I started it. Runs fine now. Even my mechanic said it runs well. Could be the fuel pump. Gotta have it pressure tested. I would check/replace these: - fuel/water filter - spark plugs - plug wires - cap - rotor
It runs smooth and the mechanic says it's all good so I didn't do anything. Maybe the idle speed on the carb needs to be adjusted but not gonna mess with it.
@@booostedtc mine ended up being a gimbal bearing change boat runs great,, the bracket is a movable part its designed that way with a rubber boot,, or else it would be bolted down.
Cool👍
Do you know what cause it
Does it vibrate like this after its warm up
No, not really, I figure it is a cold start thing.
Mine is doing that and also doesn't seem to have the power it once did. How do I fix it? Fuel pump maybe?

I put new plugs, rotor, cap, fuel filter. The only thing that helps is running sea foam or jb injector cleaner in the tank.
@@bryanschaffer566 Thanks for the info. You're probably right that it could be fuel/carb related.
Would you buy a Volvo Penta drive again?
@@brianmiles698 no

Can you feel vibration in the floor
@@booostedtc I'd say a little when I'm using muffs on land.
I think it doesn't like running cold and idles fine when warmed up.
Add heat
I'm having same issue only at idle and spending a fortune thowing parts at it
Yeah, it's not fun. You've done this stuff?
- plugs
- wires
- cap
- rotor
- water/fuel separator
- adjust the carb
May have to rebuild the carb.
Done all that and had carb rebuild sill vibration at idle not normal use to can sit a empty coke can on it
@@booostedtc what was the fix ?
@@Californiacichlids no fix ive thown 3500 at it replaced everything still has this vibration and its not normal should not be there
