so kilominx isn't an event but clock is?
Yup. Keep in mind that clock is a Rubik's brand puzzle that has existed since the 80s, while there has only been one (pretty low quality) kilominx that has existed until a few months ago.
i guess you have a point
makes sense, but it still would have been nice to see kilominx as a wca puzzle.
that is correct

One thing I found really distinctive and distinguishable about your tutorials is that you thoroughly explain every step, making sure that we get it, with a case, and making it easier for some experienced cubers, you've taught me 2x2, 4x4, Skewb, Pyraminx and the void, thanks man.
Dezypoo he taught me 4x4 and pyraminx and now Kilominx even though I don't even have one. Now that I think about it, why did I even watch this? Lol!
Dezypoo he taught me the same as u but I learnt 3x3 not void!!!
As of right now, he's taught me the 3x3 and 2x2. It's not much, but I'm planning on learning my whole collection (besides floppy cube and this random, unpopular puzzle)!
As of right now, my collection is: 3x3, 2x2, Floppy Cube (1x3x3), Kilominx, Megaminx, Pyraminx, Pyramorphix, and Skewb.
There is 1 more, which is the unpopular puzzle in which I don't know the name of. It's like a 1x2x3, but pillowed.
I just ordered one of these. Should be here in a couple days! I got it simply because i know how to solve the 2x2 and this just looked too fun. I also watched some of your other tutorials and found them easy to follow so i know that if i run into an issue with the kilominx your video is right there to help me fix it.
Awesome video, but when ever you are doing long algorithms, can you slow down a bit plz? 😂
GdNatsirt there’s literally only one 4 move algorithm
@@cyanthestickman9933 except for the like 12 move one
pause the video
GdNatsirt why? u can look at the bottom of screen and it shows the algorithms and if u don’t know notation learn it.
Go on the 3 dots on your screen and press speed and put on to 0.75 or 0.25
Great tutorial : ) Your tutorials are the best have helped me SO much you're amazing
I personally think j perms help me more
Thanks, you've helped me become a better cuber and now I know how to solve a pyraminx, skewb, 3x3, 2x2 , and a killominx
I like the way that you explained that. Worked perfect for me from the first time - thanks!
I watched this tutorial multiple times and I could never get it. I just now did after trying about 3 times. this was very helpful and thank you
Thanks Z3! Very easy when you break it down. Appreciate you putting the algo at the bottom
My uncle bough me a kilominx for my birthday and I didn't knew how to solve it for 2 months, every tutorial was bad until I found yours, thanks :)
Hey lego! do you mind making an updated version of the fredrich method(if you haven't done one already)? i cant seem to find any good Tutorials, and when you explained the beginners method, you explained it very clearly! if you can do this, can you show every case for F2L, OLL, PLL, and the Fastest way to solve the white cross? Please and thanks!
He doesn't know OLL. For F2L I would consider learning the intuitive version.
For OLL I used badmephisto.com/oll.php
I can't give you advise for F2L and PLL tutorials, a german CZcamsr taught me. I guess Dan's tutorials are quite good.
ok thanks for your help
Thanks for this, it was super clear and I had a lot of fun solving the kilominx for the first time!
Really good and thorough video! All I needed was the T perm but you taught that really well! I know the pyraminx, void, skewb,2x2,3x3, and 4x4. Im trying to learn the five by five and the megaminx and Im struggling with Ortega for the 2x2. But I can consistently get
That's a great motivation, bringing your time down by small pieces at a time!
I only know the 2x2,3x3,4x4,5x5,6x6,7x7 and the 9x9. I just got the kilominx and learning to solve it
?
ok, this was good... i made a variant to this and its working so far, i got my kilominx yesterday and solved it twice. THANK YOU
your tutorial made it so easy to solve!
Nice tutorial, looks like a fun puzzle!

This is an awesome tutorial you thought us very well
I have just learnt how to solve the cube from you!!
BOLD SOLVER
Thank you this helped a lot. I subscribed :)
Thanks bro! You are the best ! I did it ! I subscribed
Thanks for your LL help!!
Learned to solved it in less then 45min. Thank you
thanks for the great tutorial!
yay, thank you! this helped a lot!
Very nice tutorial...really helped a lot
I found the tutorial I need!! :DDD
I was self-taught based on megaminx...
Awesome video I liked everything and now I know how to solve the whole cube thnx
I’m having trouble with the last part. I can remove the color bars, but for the life of me I can’t find a corner that matches and two that need to be flipped. Any ideas?
Useful Tutorial Thank You. 😄
Thanks, the tutorial was really helpful.
Thanks Legoboyz3 this video was awesome and really helped me out!
Thanks! I still need to memorize the last algorithm
because of you i can solve the 1x1 , 2x2, 3x3, kilominx and 2x2x3 so thank you so much
I struggle with the 1x1
There is a problem I come into when solving this. When I try to put the last corners in place (before the last algorithm) it mixes it up. Please help
Thank you! It works great.
Every time I do the last layer it never fixes what I originally had.Yes I did solve the to but I messed up the bottom pls Help
Me too
just got my kilo minx today but it locks up very much and layers where I don't want them to turn are turning which makes it lockup even more. I loobed and tentioned it. so do I just need to break it in or is my turning style the problem?
Wow! This is an amazing tutorial on how to scramble your kilominx when it is only 3 places away from being solved! I have been looking so hard for a scrambling tutorial.
It’s been 3 years, u solved it yet?💀
@@whoisbunny2331 yes and then 2 years ago my science teacher threw it at a trash can and broke it
How do i memorise the final layer algorithm?
Thank you, you helped me a lot.
Hey, thank you! Did not think the last Layer could be solved as a T-Perm
Thanks you so much I finally found a video that works I'm subscribing
"if you don't know that algo already, go learn it" love it
2:30 you could just do an R
also at 2:34
My kilominx has colors in the centers
@@zahidnoor2267then it is a megaminx, not a kilominx.
Conan Edogawa I’ve got this exact cube but there’s a tiny bit of colour in the center (it is a different brand though)
Conan Edogawa it's a fanxin stickerless
Best kilominx video tutorial on the internet. :D
Was I early enough?
I want my Oreo now.
please help me out here every time on the last layer it messes the white uo can you please help me on this one
Thanks it worked 😊❤
Thank you so much
Am I the only one who doesn't get a solve kilominx after doing the 2nd algorithm? It's getting more scrambled when I do it. I do the exact same orientation the matching two corners and everything.
nvm I got it. I should have rotated the R2 clockwise. You need to point out that so it's clockwise btw. It got me confused for a moment
+Kolonel Wolf you don't point out it's clockwise, only point out it's counter clockwise, otherwise assume clockwise
Thanks i learned how to solve kilomnx + 1 sub
Wow this is so easy
Thanks!
Hey! I got a PLL case aside from the two you went over. Anyone know why this happened? I didn't use the first algorithm ( R' D' R D) for every single corner. I solved the middle second layer intuitively, and a few of the 3rd layer that way as well.
If anyone's really interested, I'll provide the case... My first layer "white" face is the dark blue face, so light blue is my last layer color... in clockwise from a top view of the puzzle the pieces are: (lightblue/grey/orange), (lb/grey/tan), (lb/green/tan), (lb/green/purple), (lb/orange/purple). Obviously the rest of the puzzle is solved.
So when I get to solving the last layer, making it so the opposite color of the first layer are all facing up, but when I do the 4 move algorithm, it solves the last layer correctly,(meaning the edges are all correct) but it messes up the face on the bottom right corner. I keep trying, but it goes in an infinite loop. Is there a certain way to position it before doing the algorithm? Any tips??? I have solved it before using this method, but only twice, since now I am stuck at this stage. Keep up the great work!!! :)
Lots of people mess up with that step, but it's just a matter of doing the whole thing exactly right. Just make sure you're only turning the U side and you never rotate the cube, also being sure to do final D moves when necessary.
You showed how to solve the bottom face but how do you get the rest back together? I solved the bottom face and now the rest is unsolved.
So should I get the kilomimx or megaminx? I am confused on this as one is harder than the other but I have an interest in both of them. I need a few suggestions to help me and if you could be so helpful to recommend a good brand/maker for any of these cubes? Thank you😁
In my opinion megaminx is more interesting, although both of them will be fairly easy to solve if you know how to solve a 3x3 cube
one of my corners is twisted, can you help me find it
The last alg does not work, it flips me between the unsolved cases.
Edit:I got it I just don’t think that I was orienting it right, thanks!
How do you remember that algorithm at the end
The only issue I have is that every time I orientate the last layer, I don't have any of the patterns shown in this video or in any other video I've watched of how to solve a kilominx.
Great, now it’s time to go off my usual beginners method script and memorize t perm
this was so usefull because i'am getting one and i want to learn how to solve it :D
Cam you tell me how you memorize longer algorithms?
Pol Poo practice. I memorize them in pieces. I'll memorize a trigger, then any random notation until the next trigger. Then I'll learn that trigger and so on until I've learned the whole thing. I learned OLL Parity and PLL Parity algs for 4x4 in like 3 minutes doing that. And those are long algs.
Thanks
Kaden Haley PLL parity alg is very short. At least the one I know. It's r2 U2 (r2 Uw2)2 where r means inner layer turn and Uw means double layer turn
I just try to turn the algorithms into words.
Break it into pieces. I'll give a few examples. For T-perm-(Sexy move) R' F R2 (U' R' U') (R U R' F').For CCW U-perm- R U' (R U R U) R U' (R' U') R2. For Y-perm- F R (U' R' U') (R U R' F') (Sexy move) (Right handed sledgehammer)
Helped me a lot .......
Thanks Lego boy Z3
Thank you
So we need to be familiar with the megaminx before tackling this one? Or is knowing one's way around the 3x3 enough to get started? Megaminx looks way more complicated.
Megaminx actually isn’t too much harder than a 3x3, there’s just a lot more pieces. You can certainly solve a kilominx without that knowledge, however.
Nvm thx for this video man! Got yourself +1 Sub!
thanks alot^^
Aww man. I solved this completely intuitively by myself without tutorials and I was planning on making a tutorial on the way I did it. Then I look on CZcams and see that you did it the EXACT same way as me and I had no idea. I’m sad now😭
THANKYOU
I can't help but notice how nice your camera is
great job about explaining everything. You are one of the few that do it. THANKSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
for getting the last layer before permutation, you can also use a sune algorithm but instead of R U R' U R U2 R' it's R U R' U R U3 R'
Why would you do U3? Why not U2'?
legoboyz3! With it being a Pentagon on each side you have to turn it 3 times but maybe that works, I don't really know, I just started solving kilominx :P
I will try it though
Actually just a U2'
A Baller Cubing yeah ik
What was the 3x3 name like moyu, shengshou what was it??
Yes, all i need is just a kilominx thanks bro
The best kilominx tutorial in the internet
Can I use ortega to slve this?
So you know how on the last layer when you have to arrange the corners to solve the cube? I did the algorithm 16 or something times and it still brought me to the same case 😂
Awesome
whenever i do the last layer, my white just gets completely ruined, why?
Thank you sooo much it tok me awile to do but it workd
!!!!!
to permute the last layer to finally solve the kilominx can you use the algorithm
R2 U R U R' U' R' U' R' U R'
as on the 3x3 bcuz that alg is toooooo long.
Is all 2x2 algorithms applicable to kilominx?
Cool tutorial. My friend just gave me one of these, and I made up a method to solve it based off of a 3x3. I came here to how if my method was really inefficient, but it turns out this basically exactly the same thing... I used the T-Perm and everything.
One question: what brand is yours? The one I have came from "Ganowo" and it looks identical to the Shengshou. Mine looks identical to yours too... I wonder if Ganowo is just reselling Shengshou or something... Thanks!
Mine is Shengshou.
legoboyz3! Ok, thanks!
what if on the last layer one in place
Can you use the algorithm in the megaminx for permuting the corners?
Yes, a lot of people use a T-perm for CP. If you’re using the beginner’s method, I would recommend staying away from it, because I don’t know exactly what method you’re using.
L' U R U' L U R' U'
Im just curious. On 12-sided puzzles like this. (I do not own one myself). Isnt there a R2' on these puzzles?
And also. Great tutorial
Yup!
Thanks man. I really like this cubing content
What if only one corner is solved on the top layer? You only showed it for 2 are solved?
Instructions unclear, The kilominx is solving my problems
Finally, i gotta solve yuhuu
Are you ever going to a comp in Georgia?
This is helpful
what do i do if i know ortega?
can we use the megaminx method??
Thanks Z3Cubing!
Could u Mel the algorithms more slowly every time I watched a.cubing tutorial you go too fast on the algirmths and I could get non of my cubes solved anymore
I've tried , ITS PATCHED
but when you do the gray side it messes up the rest 😕
Please get back to me! There is a situation in almost every single solve I do that makes it so when I correctly orientate to piece in any way, it will mess up the other colors. Due to this the fastest I have solved it is 10 minutes. Do you have any thing that could help me?
