Inspired by actual events, The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story is the second installment of FX’s award-winning limited series, American Crime Story.
Ryan Murphy, Nina Jacobson, Brad Simpson, Alexis Martin Woodall, Tom Rob Smith, Dan Minahan, Scott Alexander and Larry Karaszewski are Executive Producers of The Assassination of Gianni Versace: American Crime Story. It is written by Tom Rob Smith, and Ryan Murphy directed the premiere episode of the series, which stars Edgar Ramirez, Darren Criss, Ricky Martin and Penelope Cruz. The series is produced by Fox 21 Television Studios and FX Productions.
FX’s first installment of ACS, The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story, garnered 9 Emmy Awards while collecting 22 nominations. As one of the most critically acclaimed programs of 2016, it also won Golden Globe, BAFTA, AFI, PGA, WGA and TCA awards.

Yes, sometimes they embellish to make the story more believable. I had no idea that Matt Bomer was also involved in this Movie. He did The Boys In The Band and like alot of Actors made his Bones on Soap Operas either as Ian Kipling on All My Children and Ben Reade on Guiding Light.

this is more The life and death of Andrew Cunanan: American Darren Criss' Butt Story, I want to see more of the Versaces

I enjoy seeing the Versaces too. They are using the focus on Cunanan (Criss' character) to tell the stories of the lesser known victims, including the effect of societal homophobia on all the characters. I've seen 3 episodes so far, & unless I missed something, Darren Criss' butt appeared once, & the same with Ricky Martin's butt, but (ha!) may be more scenes in the future. If you don't want to see male butts, you may want to avoid Ryan Murphy shows. :)

are you crazy? I love Ryan Murphy shows.. but the title of the show is Versace.. and also Edgar Ramirez looks so amazing as Gianni Versace, but like Glee, when Darren showed up every single story was about his character, I don't hate the actor but I don't like too much attention of him
