- DMZ Season 5 didnt add a whole lot but I want to show you how to get skeleton keys DMZ guide that anyone can follow. This will be the easiest guide for skeleton keys in solo DMZ out there. We actually play Vondel for this one. I think Vondel Barters in DMZ is the easiest one and must be used. Check out these DMZ season 5 tips and tricks. I also show you how to get Gold Bars on Vondel 100% of the time.

My way is going to Ashika with a secure backpack, stealth vest, castle key, castle locker key and a floatsam cargo key. Open the castle through the waterways, the castle locker key gives you (most of the time) at least 1 GPU and the floatsam cargo always gives you 2 gold bars. I extract and then barter for a skeleton key in Al Mazrah. My key stash is full of those 3 keys
And if you do that over the weekend out of 10 runs on ashika, 9 are ended by hackers

@@donlanky6388 if you get stage bags on Vondel with a secure bag and then build it on almazhra. Unfortunately you can't get the key as a drop or loot
You deserve great luck you are a genius vondel university is also pretty good on GPUs and the mud covered cache in ashika has 100% two gold bars
The bike parking key on vondel had literally everything needed as well as two barista bag keys. I got to the barter station to find out I never actually unlocked the skelly key
You have to unlock tje barter by killing vellikan in B21 before you can barter.

If you collect 3 plates and self revives, maybe gold bar in Al Maz without a secure, just do Koschei complex back out. Poof no secure bag needed. The video was great as it got me thinking on that gold bar from windmill!

I do the same thing with the stealth vest. Although sometimes if I am trying to get a mission done, solo or not, I will just skip reupping and run it. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose, but sometimes its faster than reupping before every mission or goal anyway.

The PvP on Al Maz since season 5 launch has been so aggressive I'm lucky to exfil one in five times. If you're taking any future video content suggestions, I'd love to see a solo DMZ general survival guide!

The new spawns def seemed to have made things worse for solo's, so luck is part of it. I noticed the single place I end up dying the most as a solo is the final exfil and after that regular exfil sites - avoid these at all costs as a solo and you will live much longer (so a little early hostage rescue which takes just a bit of planning (kill as many through the windows before going in for the save) or Koshei at the last moment and take your time before getting into the center to exit (so most of the folks that went to Koshei early are cleared out). Since avoiding final exfil and regular exfil's I often get to and run with gold tags now before getting downed (but spawns ma. Go for stealth vests if possible (I run a 2 plate stealth (pretty easy to pick up on El Mazra) as opposed to a regular 3 plate given the choice - this video is still insane, timewise which I don't have - no shade on Geekseh, to get a 3 plate stealth).

Secured bag is easiest on vondel as well all you need is a bridge stash key which gives a gold skull and divers crate key, divers crate gives drill and equipment crate key, equipment crate gives other drill then just hit a gas station for the gas can
I’ve found the aquarium on vondel is the best for 3 plate vests and self revives. Then can go windmill bag or bike parking for gold bar

Nice, great idea taking 3 plate vests in a secure, ran for a skelly key in Vondel by taking in cash, can only buy one vest per buy station so had to move around more than wanted - throw in a couple of hunt squads to evade then got done leaving the last buy station by a sniper - went back to killing the chemist in Al Maz. Will try this one tonight.
Geeks not sure if you’ve done one before but would appreciate a low down on good keys to hold on to. I never know which ones are worth it hold on until stash is maxed then just bin off randomly. Appreciate the vids bro👊
Buying everything is normally how I go about it. I can do it solo but I load in with randoms for that extra buffer. Once you have any of those two keys and a stealth vest then you can get away from a hunt squad easily, especially now that the scuba mask is in equation.

I found the easiest way was loot combat zone boxes after getting a gold bar. You can often find 2x 3 plate vests and the selfies then just go to buy station and buy the last one (you would more than likely have enough cash from the crates) I’ve done this twice now in a few games without even trying
The Scavenger and Secure backpacks are more available now in the hidden caches. I've found them looking for plastique in Al Mazrah and found a Scavenger in Ashika

In my opinion: Easiest secure bag barter:
1. Bring in bridge stash key, it contains gold skull, and a divers crate key (directly east of bridge stash in underwater house south of the red bridge)
2. Divers crate has a drill and equipment crate key (which is loxated south of equipment crate underground of the Museum (i enter from the southeast corner of it)
3. Hit a gas station for the 2 gas cans

Wait on third floor until locks are deactivated. Just not the A stairs, 3rd floor door is jammed. Run to S end of the building and wait near the elevator/DRC table until he spawns. Just avoid the wheelson. It’s likely you won’t even see a team. Check out the interactive map before you go in and use your compass. You can try to exfill but no need for the barter unlock.
I've found a Secure backpack in Ashika into one hidden caches near Town Center bridge ( E5 on the map)
Lately people are camping the skeleton room key they don't have a key waiting for you to open the door and by the way you do a great job thank you for your videos
If you have a lot of money the overlord clarify "Ultra 1, one squad is after of your loot cash" if you kill a lot of operators it says "A hunt squad is after you for those operators kills" or something like that
Loving the active combat zones in Season 5, so many Orange boxes! Managed to dead drop 16 self revives at Al Bagra Fortress in one game and walk out with 125k after buying a personal. The AI aren't even that bad either because they are mostly busy fighting each other

If you have the bride key in vondel you can barter a secure bag in like 5 minutes:
-> get the skull and the diver key from the bridge cache
-> get one drill and the equipment key from the diver cache
-> get the other drill and the sewer maintenance key from the equipment key
-> get two gas cans from any shop
-> get the gold bar from the sewers maintenance bag
If you have a gpu from the stage bag you can go to al mazrah to find another gold bar and barter your skeleton key
Windmill bag will have a gold bar. Buoyant house too. Not sure but think there are a couple others, those are the two I hit on Vondel for gold bars
On Vondel, bring in cruise term, fire dept, bike parking, buoyant house keys…you should get the gold bars from bike parking or buoyant houses almost every time which have 2 buildings to unlock.
Then just buy the selfies or last 3 plate.
I’ve been doing this method for a while and I have 30 Skeleton Keys out of the 50 keys I can carry in my stash

My way of farming for Skeleton key is firstly I barter for stealth vest, secure backpack and scuba gas mask which all are super important. After getting those, I first go to Ashika to get the guaranteed 2 gold bars from " Floatscam cargo cache" key which is located underwater near beach club. Then I go to Vondel and same swim mostly with scuba gas mask and stealth vest to go any nearest GPU " stage bag key" location and get my GPU from there. I lastly take different operator with Comms Vest when going to Al Mazrah to get the key. I know my way is like basically touring all different maps but with scuba mask, I 90% of the time swim underwater and none of the players soul will see or hunt me because I don't carry any money with me.

The hunt squads are picked based on the amount of player kills and/or how much money you have

Wow good job, first time I have seen CZcams video on DMZ without someone crying about 6-man squads. I like you 9X better now. Also, every single player in game loves 6-man squads its part of the game we love. But almost every CZcamsr seems to be almost propagandizing our brains to hate 6-man squads. And it's not working. Can you do a full video on how to kill the sniper in solo dmz. I've been trying to unlock the barter but I've had trouble trying to find the sniper lol

Definitely a solid way to get a stealth vest but I still think it’s easier to hit the unlocked police academy computer building (or a police station) for the encrypted usb then the supermarkets just south of the police academy for the comic book and game console.
this video was about skelly keys not so much using them for this one thing. I wanted to show how i got the skelly key itself. If you think about it tho. one skelly key equals 3 times entering that room. So that gives you 3 stealth vests and 3 comms vests. Doing this skelly key once with a duo for you guys to get these armors easy......worth it.

You can find the vests and a lot of the other stuff by going throught the roof of the aqaurium (no key needed).

I didn't recommend this cause everyone and their dog goes to aquarium. You will likely get into a fight you don't want to you know?
no need for a secure bag.... basically every Poi Key OR active combat zone + Windmill Bag Key(Goldbar) will give you a Sekelton Key... pulled out 30 in about 40 runs w/o any shenanigans or duping. Some runs I'm missing a 3plate, some runs I'm missing a self res...you can purchase both w/ the cash you got at buystations.

I do it all on Vondel. If you have a channel maintenance Key, there's also a gold bar inside every time. Do the stronghold's. There're 3 plate vests and self revieves nearly every time. So you don't have to buy this. I've got 15 skeleton Keys in my Bank.

The video was more about getting a skeleton key what you do with it is up to you. Tbh yes it takes a bit but if you get in a rhythm one key is worth 3 vests which isn't too bD. If you do this with a duo you can get a stealth and they can get a comes vest. Pretty sweet tbh

It "Dawned on him" I was watching him loot legit 100+ computers on stream and brought up skeleton keys for the snipers nest. He had forgotten all about it and there being a stealth vest in there. He proceeded to act like it was all his idea less than an hour later when I checked back on the stream and he had started following my suggestion. Not looking for any recognition here it's just kinda crazy that he gets most all his information and ideas from his chat, not too great at thinking for himself. Seems like a lot of work if the end goal is a stealth vest. I hit Al Maz, banks and offices for encrypted USB, warehouses for game consoles and everywhere for comic books. Takes anywhere from 3-15 minutes. Definitely faster than the secure bag, 3 plates and a trip to Vondel IMO.
How do you know what you need to make the various vests?
You can use the skeleton keys to go right for the weapons case in b21 right off the spawn. You can also use it to rush the weapons case in koshcie, or rush the pyro now since they patched the exploit to kill him through the wall.
@@BarnabyJonez and also you just need to make 1 skel key for 3 instant regains. So it's worth the trouble.
Yah, it's all fine and dandy, but you need to have it unlocked in the barder system before you can trade. And i havent been in building 21 to kill the boss. I can never get the due to the pvp.
And another tip for solo players if you’re near a hunt contract on Vondel just grab it see where everyone is then cancel the contract.
Get rid of as many of those fuckin things you can because I’ve survived a hunt contract and just seconds later I was being hunted again

i think i dont quite understand the benefit of doing it this way. for me it sounds like: instead of barter a stealth vest you barter a skelly key and with the key you get the stealth vest. isnt this the same but different?
The easiest stealth vest is threw koschei bring in a car battery and jumper cables go to koschei water entrance take the secret entrance then cross the chemical plant to the alpha cluster use the battery and cables to unlock it go in get a black server tape somewhere on the way you need to grab chlorine head back to the buy and barter your stealth
I’m a consistent DMZ player but because of my work schedule I still haven’t even been able to unlock the skeleton key (kill the boss/Velikin) because Building 21 is only open on weekends when I’m working. What’s the best method for killing him to get the barter I tried the other day but B21 (I watched your original video for unlocking all the barter’s just wondering if you have any better method since that video?) thank you

I think you absolutely have to kill velikan, the only other way being picking it up off a dead player. Just find a b21 keycard from a brown loot cache (not a SAM site one I couldn't get it that way) and run building21 with random players until you guys manage to kill velikan with a shotgun.

8:54 the aquarium has heaps of 3 plate vests but I recommend go in with a shot gun and armour

The vases i found in the strongholds on the right side of the map and the best place for cigar boxes is in the waterway tunnels but be carefull down there 2 jugs and tons of ai
go underground ashika take your time clear it out and just loot everything in the underground.

Dude, save yourself all that money.. vondel barter for self revive! 1 water bottle, 2 bandage. Scattered on the benches especially at zoo, so you dont even need to loot containers

Lol. Dude you are my favourite streamer. So after all of that can we agree the USB encrypted key, game console and comic book is easiest. And for a trio next the diamond drill and rhino and sniper and diamond safe gets 3x 3 plates (stealth, medic, and coms vest).
This was more of a video about how to get a skeleton key in general what you want to use it for is up to you but I will say this. You do all this work to get one with a buddy. You both can either get equipped with a comes vest and stealth vest in that room. Since the skeleton key has 3 uses. That's you guys re upping fast 3 times. I dunno that pretty worth it for only one skeleton key.....

You don't really need the secure backpack, My favorite way of bartering for a skeleton key is by getting a bike parking key, loot the place up, then go to aquarium. If you are lucky you can get even 3 skeleton keys per match.
im am slowly replacing all keys in my stash with skellys. got 6 so far.
All you need is two items for ashika Island I forget what they are though it's easier though to get a skeleton key and the easiest way to find an active combat zone is look on the map to see if there's a lot of planes
Its way more expensive . needs 2 vintage on top of gold bars and encrypted hard drive

question for anyone reading: if you get a secure backpack and die without an exfill do you lose it. or if it gets looted do you lose it or you get to duplicate it (i.e. enemy gets it and you have it as well)
You have to extract with the bag first in order for it's "insurance feature" to work. If you make it and die with it same match,you lose everything. Must extract with it first

I love your bear hat by the way I need to know where to get it! Just a couple of things. I love the way you do your tutorials and I want to do the same thing when DMZ season 6 starts. You did not mention that inorder to open the barter system, You Have To Kill The DMZ Bosses. To barter for the secure bag, you have to kill the scavenger boss and to open the barter system you have to kill the Valkarian Boss. Can you do tutorials for these as well? I am finding the trigger to scavenger boss is hard, and trying to locate the valerian boss I'm building 21 just as hard. Thank you! 🐻 ❤

leave trios this PvP hell that it is.. the MRAP is ridiculous. .i am sure fun, if you are IN IT, not so much if you are chased down by it, and your LTV is nuked by the grenade launcher with endless ammo.. and no counter other than toting a JOKR or Pila, RPG, etc..which if you are regaining again, is hard to swallow..

It’s easier to get a secured backpack on vondel all you need is the diver crate key, under the bridge stash key, and the equipment key under the museum, the best part is that the crates gives you the keys back!!!

@@geekseh post I made earlier "The easiest way to get a secure backpack without having to kill a boss, loot supply crates or & risk getting killed in Al Mazrah is to get it on Vondel. There is a static spawn in the Bridge Stash crate that will give you a golden skull & give you another key (Diver Crate Key) that will lead to a 3 stash link. Start at the Bridge Stash (Golden Skull), then the Diver Crate (Drill & next crate key) & then the Equipment Crate (Drill). Then all you need to do is head to any gas station & pick up 2 gas container & barter complete. I found the new oxygen mask helps a lot because you will be swimmer the entire time to play it safe as players aren't swimming around the canals."

Best way to get a skeleton key in Vondel is, hit aquarium. You could find all 3plate vest, self revive, gold bar, if you don't find a gold bar or self revive. Have a windmill bag key, buy a self revive etc..
