its such a disappointment that just because of one single wedding people spend thousands and thousands just to get noticed .. and then weddings are forgotten.. just so sad how much poverty there is in our country and how much FAZOOL KHARCHI by our people not just politicians!!! pathetic

"Right to personal liberty is the most dear Article (of the Constitution) to us and the most precious right given to the people," said a bench headed by Justice RM Lodha, seeking a comprehensive status report on such prisoners from the government.
While I've sympathy for a lot of pakistanis who are held in jails in India without being charged or convicted. I'd like to remind that there are a lot of Indians as well lodged in jails in Pakistan as well. There is estimated to be around 570 Indians held in jails in Pakistan without any conviction or charge.
