  • #87 on ZooDisc
Jeff Babbitt has redefined how the college game is played with his lethal cutting and immense defensive presence. Heralded as one of the most true athletes in college ultimate, Jeff's closing speed combined with his jumping ability makes for a force that is hard to stop. Using his quickness, Jeff locks down whole portions of the field in ZooDisc's Zone Defense. On offense Jeff is not only consistent but deadly with his long deep cuts and crafty throws. Bringing ZooDisc to their third nationals appearance in three years, he leads the team by example and with a work ethic that cannot be matched. Also caring about the development of ultimate, Jeff currently coaches the Northampton Varsity Ultimate team and is a counselor at the National Ultimate Training Camp.

One of the few that the music is bearable in my opinion. Also great athlete - reminds of a bear playing ultimate in the best way possible.

wow, I'm surprised somebody would try to intentionally run into someone going for a disc without following the trajectory of it just to prevent them from catching it WITH an observer 20 feet away.... 1:54. Props on the catch, I woulda been pissed

Attrition actually it doesn’t seem like the player who ran into Babbitt did it intentionally. if you watch his head he’s looking up to see the disc, prob unaware of Babbitt until he bounces off him. regardless, impressive how Babbitt barely notices the hit, stays with the disc, then catches fluttering disc opposite hand as he falls. amazing concentration.

Who cares about the number of throws? Callahan videos are made to showcase the players' specialties. Besides, anyone who's watched film of UMass already knows Babbitt is very comfortable with the disc
