I would personally probably pick Link, this might sound like a weird choice but hear me out. Link is a extremely talented fighter, and sword fighting (especially links style) can have very many similarities with a dance. Sure, if the dance battle started instantly then Link wouldn’t be the best pick, but with a bit of prep time I think Link could have the most potential.
Remember that our actual link has raurus right arm with all its power so in case of someone mess up link can rewind them. Thats why i would pair zelda with him. Sage of time will also be able to move during stopped time during recall so zelda could very well fit in the battle.
