Heute lade ich Euch ein, mit mir einen Spaziergang durch den Wald entlang am Bach zu machen.
Es gibt einiges zu sehen und vor allem auch zu hören. Wasser plätschern, Vögel zwitschern, Steine knirschen.
Erfreue dich gerne am sommerlichen Waldgefühl. Lass alles los was du nicht mehr brauchst und fülle dich mit Leichtigkeit und frischer Freude, neuer Energien und aufbauenden Gedanken.

Today I invite you to walk with me through the woods next to the brook. There is quite something to see and especially to hear. Water burbling, birds singing, gravel crunching.
