This choreography is EVERYTHING! Everything they do is unique but this choreo was like never before seen and their energy made it even better. RENT WAS DUE! Not only props to them for singing and performing at the same time but all of the choreographers who worked on this, all I'm saying is I hope both sides of their pillows are always cold. If I'm not mistaken their were multiple choreographers, two of them being Rie Hata who is a Japanse choreographer and I think she worked on the hook and Sienna Lalau who is an American choreographer and dances with The Lab. Im not sure what part she choreographed but she is amazing and both her and The Lab have worked with the boys on multiple occasions and she has choreographed other songs like ON. Lee Byung Eun is their dance director Im pretty sure and he even posted a clip on tiktok of dancing to this song with other dancers. Thank you to all these people and the rest for creating this MASTERPIECE!

I am very eager for all the solo work to come. Cannot wait for Yoongi´s b/c he speaks to my soul. However I think Jimin will be a surprise for many. That man has unlimited potential, and he has been bacically living in the studio since early summer. Every other day there is an insta post from another multiple grammy winning producer about how cool it is to work with frickin´ Jimin of BTS. There will be fireworks is all I´m saying.
There is so much anticipation for jimins album. Personally I can’t wait for jimin, RM, and V’s album cause they usually go against the mainstream and are very creative. I think their artistry has only scratched the surface.

I fully agree, he was made for stage, he had from day one this easy and love of stage the others learnt from him (according to JHope which is the other true dancer of the group and was like JImin someone used to stage already.

The reason why Mr. Son picked Jk as their Center and even become Blueprint of BH new trainee, Jungkook literally the best example of great performer he excel in every field. His moves captivating yet not intimidating, when he dance he makes you wanted to dance along with him, he has this kind unique charisma on stage, no wonder his part as always the most repeat part in bts performance videos .
This was actually done by a team of Bighit choreographers Bangster, noah nakta, Rie hata, Kim minseong who worked on this along with Sienna lalau from the lab. P.s I hope you guys have checked out mono by RM cuz has explored many many sides of his music and mono was definitely the most introspective one yet. Can wait to see whats next

This type of choreos really suits Jungkook a lot. He lets the music run freely through his body and he moves so naturally. There's so much elegance to the way he dances. It's captivating to watch him

coldplay got nominated for Album of the year, and bc bts have a song with them and the rapline cowrote it they will still be credited as well! proud of them!!

Yeah, one of the things I love about them it's how each of their dance styles are different, but they are so in synch too they are amazing!!! I love love them, nobody is like them (and no I'm not open for discussion 🙊)
i like how you guys worded it about them being bursts of energy while the backup dancers were a continuity of movement, and the focal point being the chorus. I feel like they've mastered this so well and I just have to give my props to the choreographers for this masterpiece (sienna ily). there's a detail in the choreo that got to me at 14:39. this part where they put their hands together up and down resembles the chant they do before every performance. they say "bangtan bangtan bangbangtan" with that movement. idk if it was intentional in the choreo (it probably was knowing them) but it was a really nice detail. also I love how much they enjoyed this choreo!!! taehyung looked like he was having so much fun here and in the live performance. and yes I deffo relate to waleska about yoongi I had like 6 breakdowns and still counting lol

I like what you said about Jimin Waleska because it is true, it was surely easy for him and he achieved something and although as a contemporary dancer he has been lost skills and you cannot deny it, still he kept a style that is personal that is the transition from contemporary and classic to kpop dancing, he is brilliant, he is also a brilliant singer and a extraordinary performer, and now they are all so good but in the beginning his easy on stage was necessary for the group, made the group remarkable and now they all are so special

Sienna Lalau is the choreographer of Run BTS. She also choreographed ON and she was the girl at the opening of the mv. She was with her dance team with Jhope at Lollapalloza and at PTD on stage ass well! She is an ICON!!!
Rie Hata who also choreographed Anpanman, Airplane Pt. 2, Hobi's Dynamite tropical remix performance at Lollapalooza, etc; and the three main Hybe performance directors are also credited with the choreo for this.
They all look amazing, they all dance like mad, everyone got and deserved center time, they get to have different styles now with the same choreo, this is just so perfect!

I love that you celebrate their stylistic differences! It's such a deliberate choice to highlight their different approaches instead of trying to all dance alike. Yoongi surprised me with understated swagger that was absolutely perfect in this.

Jimin is just a special type of dancer and performer. Nobody else like him. Waleska you did an awesome job describing just how incredible Jimin is considering everything. His ability to transition seamlessly into various different dance styles as well as take his background in dance to create his own style. He’s incredible.

1:43 it’s Sienna Lalau! She has choreographed Run BTS, ON, and Dionysus. There may have been some other choreographers that she collaborated with in making some dances, but I know she’s at least a heavy part of all them.

There used to be a Korean tv show called "Real man" that showcased a "little" of how a life in the training camp can be through idols, actors, comedians being and experimenting for a day or for a few days that life ( I remember watching Jackson,Bam Bam, Lisa, Hyeri, Amber, Bomi and Nana episodes)
This choreo/dance practice was so amazing and a surprise for us armys and just watching the guys goes and shows that they still have the passion for what they love and do even after 10 years

For a song with no music video and that gets me to scream at the last chorus every single time that I see the performance...they KILLED IT! And yes...Suga new look is also killing me, but it suits him well. I think BTS is on the verge of killing all the Army's before they enlist.
BTS is practicing like they are about to debut but it has been 10 years and they are on top of their game. It sends us a message that its hard to climb to where they are right now.

Siena Lalau choreographed this. Same young lady who choreographed ON Kinetic Manifesto and resident dancer/choreographer for The Lab. The group that BTS had the PTD concerts in LA and LV with.
