      @@micko9111 I would recommend doing just sets of 10 pushups and pauses between the sets and try to get to 100 and then 200 a day, and after some time it will not be a problem for you. I did the 500 in 4 hours, and I injured my shoulder for few months so I would do it slowly next time

    I did push ups during my work break in the break room, people will always judge you or perhaps laugh at you. Other guys will try to put you down sayings things like “sure you are doing push ups but you still look like you can’t build. Look at me! I look way better than you.” Ignore what others think and just do it, this is how you can be mentally and physically strong.

      That's why I do 60 to 100 every time I go to the bathroom at work.
      Knocking out about 250 to 300 by the end of the work day.
      Don't forget to switch up push up positions to avoid over exertion of the same muscle groups.

    I did 500 hondred push ups,it was hard,painfull and difficult.BUT I DIDN'T QUIT.Thats the first time i do 500 hundred push ups in my life. Feel very proud of myself.All is in your mental.👊🏽

    Just hit 500 in under an hour, I was amazed at how my body was more than capable of doing 500 yet my brain wanted to be lazy and spread it out within 24 hours. Your brain is lazy but your body has the ability to do it!

    Managed to do 860 while fasting through ramadan.
    25 pushups every 15 minutes for as long as im not sleeping.

      Don’t do that much every day brother, instead do pushup one day and pull-ups another day
      Keepnin rotation
      Muscles need to relax in order to grow
      That takes upto 48 hours atleast

    From 250 to 380 it’s mentally hard
    From 380 to 450 it’s physically & mentally hard
    From 450 to 500 it’s really easy.
    From 500 to 600 it’s the ego telling you not to stop.

    It took a while but I did it. The real test is challenging yourself to do 500 of another exercise the next day. The point of that is for the challenge to come from yourself instead of social media.

    today at 06:57AM i started doing pushups after watching this. i just started doing pushups without getting into my head and i completed 157 reps now after 30 minutes. i am writing this just because someone out there can get out of their mind and wake up into reality. its very tough to start but if u once started and reach the goal or even half of the that u will thank me.
    Edit: 12:15am of next day and completed 300 pushups and i have left 6 hours to complete it.
    Edit: 4:30am and 400pushups and i have left 2 hours
    Edit: 6:30am and 500 pushups completed
    One more thing i want to say i'm beginner. it means i've started doing exercise before 2 month

    Did the math and did 10 per minute until around 330 pushups where I couldn't keep going at the same pace so I took a break and picked it up 10 minutes later at a slower pace, did 500 in 1h 15 minutes thanks Andrew!

    mission recap: got to 360, lower pec experienced minor injury. Switched to decline pushups to switch the load to upper chest for the last 140. Previous shoulder injury aroused, causing minor discomfort. Finished 500, my max push-ups per set at the beginning was 50, now it's 12. Completed the mission in about 2 hours.

    Edit : It's 11:48 pm right now and I completed the challenge before 12 pm and that was my goal. Super proud of me.

    I did this around August 2022 when I first saw the full video. Took me 8 hours and did it sparingly while doing hw and after that my arms were jelly. I was 300 pounds back then and barely went to the gym. I want to do it again to see if I can complete it in a faster time, it was fun and so rewarding

    With 85 kg's of bodyweight finally done 500 push ups, it took 20 sets of 15 rep and 20 sets of 10 rep. It take 4 hours.

    I did it , 501 pushups. It was tough my whole upperbody hurts but it felt so good when i completed it. I didn't think my body could make it but it was all about the mind. I realised that the mind gives up way way way before the body.

    Done something similar called 4days 12hrs night shifts in a row mentally okay but my body started to refuse on the third and by 4 I was a wreck just lucky to get to bed to barely recover with a day and a half for normal backshifts then studying for Chartered Qualifications.
