@@micko9111 I would recommend doing just sets of 10 pushups and pauses between the sets and try to get to 100 and then 200 a day, and after some time it will not be a problem for you. I did the 500 in 4 hours, and I injured my shoulder for few months so I would do it slowly next time
I did push ups during my work break in the break room, people will always judge you or perhaps laugh at you. Other guys will try to put you down sayings things like “sure you are doing push ups but you still look like you can’t build. Look at me! I look way better than you.” Ignore what others think and just do it, this is how you can be mentally and physically strong.

That's why I do 60 to 100 every time I go to the bathroom at work. Knocking out about 250 to 300 by the end of the work day. Don't forget to switch up push up positions to avoid over exertion of the same muscle groups.

Just hit 500 in under an hour, I was amazed at how my body was more than capable of doing 500 yet my brain wanted to be lazy and spread it out within 24 hours. Your brain is lazy but your body has the ability to do it!

Managed to do 860 while fasting through ramadan. 25 pushups every 15 minutes for as long as im not sleeping. It's not impossible my brothers. Im very grateful to Tate.

It took a while but I did it. The real test is challenging yourself to do 500 of another exercise the next day. The point of that is for the challenge to come from yourself instead of social media.

today at 06:57AM i started doing pushups after watching this. i just started doing pushups without getting into my head and i completed 157 reps now after 30 minutes. i am writing this just because someone out there can get out of their mind and wake up into reality. its very tough to start but if u once started and reach the goal or even half of the that u will thank me. Did the math and did 10 per minute until around 330 pushups where I couldn't keep going at the same pace so I took a break and picked it up 10 minutes later at a slower pace, did 500 in 1h 15 minutes thanks Andrew!

I did this around August 2022 when I first saw the full video. Took me 8 hours and did it sparingly while doing hw and after that my arms were jelly. I was 300 pounds back then and barely went to the gym. I want to do it again to see if I can complete it in a faster time, it was fun and so rewarding

I did it , 501 pushups. It was tough my whole upperbody hurts but it felt so good when i completed it. I didn't think my body could make it but it was all about the mind. I realised that the mind gives up way way way before the body.
Done something similar called 4days 12hrs night shifts in a row mentally okay but my body started to refuse on the third and by 4 I was a wreck just lucky to get to bed to barely recover with a day and a half for normal backshifts then studying for Chartered Qualifications.
Cause it will help with my workout I’m 13 and I’m going to do it so no one has excuses but someone let me know if he said before you go to sleep or during the day

Maybe for you but I get really dizzy if I do over 100 in one set so it takes me about 2-3 h to do 500 but I do that on my chest days

I did this around August 2022 when I first saw the full video. Took me 8 hours and did it sparingly while doing hw and after that my arms were jelly. I was 300 pounds back then and barely went to the gym. I want to do it again to see if I can complete it in a faster time, it was fun and so rewarding

With 85 kg's of bodyweight finally done 500 push ups, it took 20 sets of 15 rep and 20 sets of 10 rep. It take 4 hours.

I did it , 501 pushups. It was tough my whole upperbody hurts but it felt so good when i completed it. I didn't think my body could make it but it was all about the mind. I realised that the mind gives up way way way before the body.

Done something similar called 4days 12hrs night shifts in a row mentally okay but my body started to refuse on the third and by 4 I was a wreck just lucky to get to bed to barely recover with a day and a half for normal backshifts then studying for Chartered Qualifications.
I have done 750 + within 5-6 hrs after running1 mile and 40 min yoga without food(intermittentfasting) 💯
Cause it will help with my workout I’m 13 and I’m going to do it so no one has excuses but someone let me know if he said before you go to sleep or during the day
