CCIP (Cross-Chain Interoperability Protocol) | Build Cross Chain Dapp Course | ChainLink CCIP
Chainlink CCIP (Chainlink Community Improvement Proposal) is a governance framework implemented by Chainlink, a decentralized oracle network. It allows the Chainlink community to propose and vote on improvements and changes to the Chainlink protocol.
The purpose of CCIP is to ensure that the Chainlink network remains decentralized, secure, and scalable by involving the community in the decision-making process. It enables any member of the community to suggest modifications, enhancements, or new features to the Chainlink protocol.
The CCIP process involves several steps:
Proposal: Any community member can create a CCIP proposal by submitting a detailed document outlining the proposed change or improvement. The proposal should include the rationale, technical specifications, and potential impact of the proposed change.
Discussion: Once a proposal is submitted, it is open for discussion among the community members. This allows for feedback, suggestions, and debate on the proposal. The proposer can address concerns and refine the proposal based on community input.
Review: The Chainlink core development team reviews the proposal to ensure its feasibility, compatibility with the existing protocol, and alignment with the project's goals. They may provide technical insights and guidance to improve the proposal.
Voting: After the review process, the proposal enters the voting phase. Community members who hold LINK tokens, the native cryptocurrency of the Chainlink network, can cast their votes in favor or against the proposal. The voting period typically lasts for a specific duration, during which token holders can participate.
Implementation: If a proposal receives sufficient support through the voting process, it moves to the implementation stage. The Chainlink core development team integrates the approved changes into the protocol's codebase. This ensures that the proposed improvement becomes a part of the Chainlink network.
The CCIP framework allows the Chainlink community to actively participate in shaping the future of the protocol. It promotes transparency, inclusivity, and decentralization by giving stakeholders a voice in the decision-making process. By involving the community, Chainlink aims to maintain a robust and adaptable oracle network that can meet the evolving needs of the decentralized ecosystem.
The Chainlink Community Improvement Proposal (CCIP) framework offers several benefits to the Chainlink network and its community:
Decentralized Governance: CCIP enables decentralized governance by allowing community members to propose and vote on changes to the Chainlink protocol. This ensures that decisions are not made by a central authority but by the collective wisdom of the community, promoting inclusivity and fairness.
Transparency and Accountability: The CCIP process is transparent, as all proposals, discussions, and voting outcomes are public. This transparency ensures that the decision-making process is open to scrutiny, and the community can hold proposers and voters accountable for their actions.
Continuous Improvement: CCIP enables the Chainlink protocol to evolve and adapt to changing market needs and technological advancements. It allows for the introduction of new features, enhancements, and optimizations, ensuring that the protocol remains cutting-edge and competitive in the oracle space.

The error you faced while sending token to receiver contract it is because of you send it through wrong address(polygon network address). First switch your metamask account to sepolia test network. And after that choose the address by which you deployed the sender contract than try to send. It might be solved your problem.
And please create project using this two contract.
