I don't think Rei can be easily killed even though she can't see. It is possible that she might die but I don't think she'll die *that* soon. Izanami is probably going to be the antag type character who knows way too much. Since Izanami is good at almost everything, there might be a chance that she is the one who started this killing game. If it's not her than I believe it might be Yumeo. I am hoping that there will be at least 6 people surviving.
Izanami will most likely be the antag. She definitely knows that Akira is the SHSL Hitman and will expose Akira at some point in the story and that obviously causes tension between them
I wouldn't say antag but more like a rivalry, with Izanami being Akira's rival and Yumeo being Tomoya's rival. Edit: Also in one of the trailers, Satoru makes a face similar to an antagonist's but idk they're clearly building him up for something...
I think Otome or Rei could be the mastermind. Think about it. Otome is a manga artist. And she could be pulling a Tsumugi. Maybe she wanted a true story to base a manga off of--complete with realistic reactions, real murders, and even she could feel the terror. Meanwhile, a short, probably physically weak, blind spiritual medium like Rei--is an unlikely mastermind. She could easily help the group by trying to communicate with dead victims somehow to get suspicion off of her, and nobody would even think of the possibility of her being the mastermind. And at the end, it would be extremely unexpected. She could have a right-hand man of sorts helping her from behind the scenes. And she could probably manipulate one of the physically stronger characters into protecting her so she lives. Her motive? She could pull a Junko and just say she wanted to start a killing game for fun.
I actually really really want Kiyoshi to be a blackened just because i want to see how the puppets play in to the killing and how they react Itd be really cool if each puppet gets a seperate execution
honesty Yumeo a difficult character but hes not really an antagonistic one i mean from what i heard in his dialogue it seems he wont be the antag more like a cold caring character that will perhaps get development like fuyuhiko or maki

I don’t think Rei would be a victim. She has a really good sense of hearing to the point where she was shocked Akira was present when greeting Tomoya.
