নিঃসন্দেহে সুন্দর এবং অত্যাধুনিক প্রযুক্তি ব্যবহার করা হয়েছে যা প্রশংসনীয় ও ধন্যবাদ পাওয়ার যোগ্য কিন্তু বাংলাদেশের সরকারী খাতে খুব কমন একটা ডায়লগ আছে জনবলের অভাব পর্যাপ্ত প্রশিক্ষণের অভাব মেরামত ও দূর্নীতি। এই খানদানি সমস্যা গুলোর সংকট কাটিয়ে সঠিক যাত্রী সেবা দিতে পারবে কিনা এটা চ্যালেঞ্জ এর বিষয়।
