I haven't posted a video in a long time, but I'm back with big news!

Hello Andrea! I’m a new subscriber and have been binge watching your videos. Thank you for sharing your travels and especially Whitefish. I grew up in Whitefish, from 1st grade through adulthood. My parents still live in the same house on Somers Ave. I now teach 2nd grade in northern CA, but it’s fun to see my old stomping ground! I’m just a little jealous! Lol! I’m now in a wheelchair because I was shot in the back in town on January 1st, 1985. I went on to college in Helena and left Montana to teach 2nd grade in Washington state. I always thought I’d come back to Whitefish to teach there but discovered how much easier life is without the winter weather. I still come home to visit. There is a great book you should read about the beginnings of Whitefish. It’s called When you and I were young, Whitefish by Dorothy M. Johnson. It’s an easy read but so fun imagining what it was like growing up in the Flathead Valley, and specifically, Whitefish in the early 1900’s. Anyway, I look forward to seeing more of your adventures in the future! 😊
I forgot about that anxiety video! It helped me a lot during a really bad time, my birth control had me going crazy (which I didn't realize was the cause until way too late). Happy to see you back!

So awesome Andrea. I'm from Missoula originally, now living with my girlfriend (who is also European ) in Los Angeles. We both look to you and Alex as constant inspiration and appreciate how genuine you both are. I have been looking at homes here in LA and after only a few hours of looking I decided that my goal is to build a house in Whitefish when the day comes haha. You guys have only been there a short while and hit it right on the nose. Whitefish is handsdown the best place to live in MT! Happy for you both, and hope to meet you soon.

Congrats! Quitting smoking is great! I am very happy for you, it is such a nasty and disgusting habit! Also I am really glad that the house has progressed so much. Looking forward to the completion house tour once finished.

I'm pretty sure I saw you smoking in one of the Iceland videos. You're looking really well, so I think the new healthy lifestyle is agreeing with you... And think how much easier those mountain hikes will be now! 😀 I hope you make the video you were talking about, but if not, I look forward to whatever you decide to film next... Yay! That's great that you quit smoking :D I used to smoke a lot for a long time and now I don't miss it anymore at all. I feel so much better (and it's a lot of money for other things than tabacco!^^) And this house will be beautiful and amazing!!! I wish you all the best in this new home!
