Hey D-Mar, great channel! Just wanted to ask you one thing. What are the limitations that a bounty hunter has?
Pretty much bounty hunters only have the authority to detain bail jumpers and people who have bench warrants against them. They can't arrest and detain just anybody, because they aren't police officers. But they don't have to go by the same rules as police. So they have a little more freedom in how they detain fugitives than cops.
The perp gave up and was very cooperative. D and Patty are instigators trying to get this guy riled.
