    I just got into Ian Dury's music not so long ago. I must say it's one of the best things that's ever happened to me. Ian Dury Ftw!

      Me to brother I new he existed with sex and drugs and hit me but I’m so glad I found the rest of Ian and his bands music cos there absolutely brilliant👊

    Today's television is often so polished and pre-recorded you tend to forget how anarchic shows like Tiswas were. Every one alternating between looking bemused and terrified.

      I can assure you we knew perfectly well who Ian was. He was a big deal at the time and popular culture wasn’t so sanitised and safe as it is now. It wasn’t unusual to see artists like Ian, Motörhead or Iron Maiden on kids shows back in the day.
