@@viranganakarke1883 I prefer finding solutions, if I can't change then I would accept my fate and move on which is point 1. You can either solve problems or you can't which means you can change them or accept them. I don't get why there is third thing to leave it since it is equivalent to accepting it as part of life.

When i am thinking about the past pain in my mind,i usually pay attention to it and label myself,thinking of past pain and observe myself.it will fade away soon.its about self observation.and soon i realise,thought come and go,just acknowledge it and it will go away soon.🙂

@@dyahviona if you learn to observe it,it will go away after awhile.but it might arise again later and i label it and observe it again.eg.i feel guilty of my past mistakes and i tell myself,feelings of guilt have arise,i observe myself and one minute or two,the guilty feelings will go away..our thoughts is never permanent,it arises and passes away if you observe it. learn to observe yourself or mindfullness meditation.it has help me become more aware of myself and less agitated.🙂
