Around 5 min when Negan sneaks next to the truck and searches it. I believe he can't loot a truck, which has models touching it. Supply-tokens can't be picked up if a Walker touches it.
Around 11:15 Tara rolled 5 (2 crit) and walkers rolled 3 (1 crit). You removed one dice on each side with the crit-symbol claiming they cancel.
Basically you look at the !-symbol after damage had been calculated. It's basically Tara's 5 damage minus Walkers 3 damage, which leaves 2 damage (1 for each of the two walkers. Now two crits were rolled which means, they both die.
Cancelling dice like you did can't be done for the purpose of calculating crits. Crits only matter if damage is dealt. Therefore the Walker crit-symbol doesn't subtract anything form the damage Tara deals and the kills she ends up making.
