We too had a bad experience at Munich airport..they made us walk a lot on our way from one terminal to other as we had to change planes on way our way to Mumbai from USA..it was terrible..to top it all luftansa was quite poor in their service..no proper leg space and also the food served is very little..

2. How to book a bassinet?

We took premium economy with front row, you can call them to book the bassinet.
We couldn’t get bassinet over the call, but got the bassinet in the flight.
Lounges are very good at Delhi airport .
And there are so many hotels in Aerocity Delhi, which 10 mins cab from airport, super easy.

I also arrived via Vistara on Thursday and the same situation, only 2 counters are open and long queues. It really sucks. At first, we had to wait on the plane for 30 minutes because the aerobridge operator was not there due to a shortage of staff. Then long queues at the immigration and the bags were delayed. It is common nowadays to spend at least 2 hours after landing in frankfurt to get the formalities done. India is too fast in terms of everything. At max, it takes 30 minutes, and in another hour or so, I am at my home.
Such a shame to see a developed nation unable to solve this issue.
