I guarantee they weren't acting in the last scene. So moving. This show could be so easily rebooted in ten years....depending on how Ed O'Neill is doing. He seems in amazing health for 76 now.

I think it wasn’t so much about acting and more about what the writers did with his character. Like, you can tell that they had no idea what to do with Luke and Manny after they became older (the rest of the cast had better subplots and development)
